How to Get Account-Wide Swim Speed Boosts - Guild Wars 2 Guide

hello Guild Wars 2 Gamers Muckle here and this is a very quick guide on how to get the new account bound swim speed infusion uh this is basically an item you can equip in your account that will increase the swimming speed of all of your characters so it's a very cool thing to work toward it is a sort of a long-term project but it's also an opportunity to make a lot of money if you want to do that and it's one of the first account bound upgrade type things since they did the same thing with fractals and legendary so that's kind of cool as well if you play multiple characters all right anyway here's how this works each day if you kill 10 crate which are those snake like people there's a ton of them in the nightmare fractal for example you will get the daily blood and the water Quest done and it gives you an ornate rested key now I know that just like me all of you have been saving those up waiting for the day that they would be useful I'm I'm sure that we are all on the same page there additionally there is a merchant which is very involved in this whole process which is in Lion's Arch just to the left of the giant Lobster who is right here and she will sell you ornate rusted keys for karma if you want them now what you do with the ornate rusted Keys you can double click on the key and it will show you a location where there is an unopened sunken chest you go there look in the water near that Waypoint and you will find a sunken chest you open it and it will have many things including some swim speed infusions plus 10 which is the lowest one that you'll find from the box after you have acquired a number of these infusions also I will point out they are tradable so you can get them off of the TP the price is currently insane because I am recording this on the day that this new system came out so a lot of people are grabbing at this stuff right now but it'll settle down in time now with a bunch of those swim speed infusions plus 10s you can come back to this Merchant lines Arc that I just showed and you can buy better ones which are faster basically you can take a whole bunch of the previous speed ver of the swim speed infusions and buy the next one so you can use a plus bunch of plus 10s to buy plus 15 bunch of 15s to buy plus 20 and so on however after you bought a plus 15 the new thing is you can buy an account swim speed in Fusion so one swim speed plus 15 which is really easy to get plus some ectos you get an account swim speed infusion which is 15 plus your account bonuses if you acquire any and then once you've got that you just go over to your equipment and put it into your rebreather which you can see right there if your rebreather does not have an infusion slot she sells exotic rebreathers which are pretty affordable which have an infusion slot does uh ascended ones always have an infusion slot exotic sometimes do this is an example of them sometimes having so let's say all the characters that you play on the regular eventually have the account swim speed and fusion the next thing is to just get the account swim speed boost whenever you're able to afford it they are quite costly uh this one costs a plus 20 which means you got to take use a bunch of plus 10 to get a 15 bunch of 15s to get a plus 20 and then sacrifice the plus 20 to that but then it gives your whole account and everyone who's got that equipped a plus 20 and then so on and so on and so on it's it's a long-term project because it's kind of like a pyramid thing like once you get down there you're going to need I don't know how many of these things thousands hundreds of thousands I have no idea but it's something you can ship away out over time addition of additional note to this whole process is the master diver achievement this will also give you more infusions after you have opened up the full list of chests if you keep just double clicking the key and porting to wherever it tells you to go you'll eventually get this done and then the whole thing will reset and all the chests will close and be available to be opened again additionally this achievement will reset a this is quoting Arena net upon logging in for your first time entering a map after the weekly reset so if after a week you've opened like seven of them and you didn't finish it it's going to reset each week but it'll also reset immediately so if you got 100 keys and you just want to turn on some music and go nuts it'll reset every time you finish this list over and over and over and again if you just want to make money and you don't care about any of this and you've got a bunch of keys you can use the keys to open chest get these infusions and sell them and uh they're worth quite a bit of gold right now it's going to Pro probably settle down over time but there is a market for them so you can just basically turn the keys plus a bit of your time into coin if you wish to do that and I think that's everything I think that's everything involved to
