women totally different skin types and skin tones we have been testing tans that promis to develop in two hours so right at the beginning of the show we applied them and now we are back live let's start with number one this is kbe it's the first ever tan created for women of color by two British women which I love brilliant Allison is a huge fan this is the very beautiful Gemma now can you tell which side she's had it done on I'm I'm thinking the side on the right side exactly oh yeah as we look at it your left yes yeah exactly so my left camera right so what happens is there's a myth that black women don't like to tan and it's not necessarily true because this gives a soft focus beautiful almost filter like finish and a hint of self tar when you wash it off after signant though isn't it also comes in two colors as well created by women that are British but come from Antiga and Trinidadian back back Heritage and they essentially wanted I want the feeling of being on the beach for two two weeks and I love that what do you think nice Sheen I like it I think I would use it would you have you used in the past never never no what Gemma said is we've used the darker shade on Gemma looks great yeah now let's go on to Clarens this is gorgeous Melanie and it's the Claren self-tanning instant gel now this is the one I warned you at the top this has got to be the most subtle self-tan ever we've left it up about 2 and a half hours I'm not really sure you can see that much difference however what I am say you're not seeing it I mean I'm not not going to judge Clarens but it's not my favorite no I think it might be a little bit subtle for Ryland now the interesting thing is rude Ryland we're mates we go back a long way rhinoceros can be subtle for Ryland what I'm what I think is this is the product to opt for it's a serum if you're super frightened of self-tan if you literally want a subtle finish now can I just say Melanie has previously used you can see a subtle finish there Melanie has previously used the fake tan now what did you think of fake tan product version of this yes cuz you wake up in the morning you've got a tan okay so you put it on overnight yeah so I suspect even though it says French Express tan the French probably develop a slightly slower rate than we do it's French Express have you ever had a French Express a French Express can I just say fake town of fishon yes fake Town virgin you've never used a he has used for strictly but he's over it yeah but it was left all over the sheets and so you wake up in the morning think you've had an unhappy and what about this what about the smell as well a bit yeah there is that too so so you you so you well maybe we can find a version that Rob would be willing to go in for again okay I think this might be the most impressive so you like the subtle one that's French Express that's going to take all night to develop Yeah well yeah or longer Slow Burn yeah you don't seem confident in this product at all really I I am confident that it's for subtle people that want a subtle finish unlike skinny Town unlike skan Wonder serum Express now this is Diana trying to keep the item on okay this is skinny pan Express what's interesting about this is this is Diana Diana suffers from something called Vitiligo Vitiligo is an uneven pigmentation issue caused by an autoimmune disease essentially and what's interesting about this is we think this has evened out her skin tone because these formulations are so subtle and sophisticated now they cling more to the lighter skin than to the darker skin so we didn't not expect this reaction now Ryland is already a huge fan of this there you go an evening out and that is skinny toan Wonder serum Express really reasonably priced as well have you used that one Ry or was just looking at that on no ju just looking at Diana I'm really surprised that how it's grabbed where Diana wants it to grab do you know I mean a lot of these hands now they're it sounds silly but they're actually quite intelligent they know where you've already got say some type of buildup or or like melanin already in the skin so like here really need come over there C and what do you think that you pleas it and it's something you would use Again cover I'd use it if I wanted to I don't always cover my vitam no going to force you to use it are they you can take it home with you I promise you Diana we're not going to leave you half tan we'll do the other lady'll don't you worry we'll can see on to the next one this is santree Express M tan right this is £25 and the interesting thing about this is this is Zoe you can see her before and after not sponsored by Sant Trope at all Ryland although it is one of his favorites what's interesting about this is this is a 360 spray so if you're on your own you can get the hard to reach bits Zoe found this unbelievably easy to use and I do think that's a lovely subtle color what do you think Zoe I love the color it's nice Golden Glow it's really nice actually not very orange either it's always the pigment that's really nice in that one s is one of the ogs of s is the one I you use that that style Express that is amazing cuz I hate sleeping in tan I hate doing anything I hate the stickiness that literally within an hour you get a light go 2 hours something like that literally off and on no stain in love it final one the hottest tan around at the moment it's the tan Lux collaboration with Paris Hilton no less oh Ryland is currently pitching to do a tan Lux Ryland collaboration live on air can I just say him in Paris next to each other sent me this joking not Paris did she send you something Rob no no no no she paid me not to adver it this is the 360 self T missed this is Sarah who tried it and I chose Sarah because Sarah is a naturally light haired person light skinned person it's a beautiful subtle glow really really easy to use can I just say tan luux is a Scottish brand the single country that uses more self tan than anywhere else in the world Scotland uses more self tan than anywhere in the world and that's why Mark the founder created tan already to Scottish and he likes a bit of San absolutely they have the least sun and the palest skin it's an amazing what do you think of the color of that I like it for my skin tone I don't think it looks too orange to it looks quite natural um yeah I'm happy with the results I think it's and it smells nice as well yes the smell test cuz that was one isn't it yeah yeah cuz some they can be really biscuit tin and the reason is is because the active ingredient is a sugar so it smells like stale oxidized sugar so the fake hands Rob often smell like Nana's biscuit tin well you learn something every day don't you you didn't get that on The Grand Tour no we didn't but it's still learning biscuit thank you nine for that ladies you look absolutely gorgeous and and you can go and even yourselves up now now you can go
