hello everyone welcome to my channel in this video I'm going to show you how to fix the unlicensed Adobe app error that can disable your Photoshop or other Adobe products this is a common problem that many people face especially if they are using cracked versions of adobe software but don't worry there is a simple solution that can help you get rid of this annoying error and keep using your Adobe apps without any interruption before we start please make sure to subscribe to my channel and hit the Bell icon to get notified of my latest videos also if you find this video helpful please give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends now let's get started Step 1 the first thing you need to do is to close the Adobe app that is giving you the error message for example if you are using Photoshop you will see a pop-up window that says the unlicensed Adobe app will be disabled soon please contact customer support for assistance to close this window you can either click on the OK button or press the Escape key on your keyboard then you need to open the task manager by pressing Ctrl alt plus delete Keys together and selecting task manager from the menu alternatively you can right-click on the taskbar and select task manager from there Step 2 once you have opened the task manager you need to find the Adobe app that you want to close and end its process for example if you want to close Photoshop you need to look for photoshop.exe under the processes Tab and right click on it then select end task from the menu this will force quit the Adobe app and free up some memory on your computer step 3 the next step is to turn off your mobile data or disconnect your internet connection this is because the Adobe app will try to connect to the Adobe servers and verify your license every time you launch it if it detects that you are using an unlicensed or cracked version of the software it will give you the error message and disable your app therefore by turning off your mobile data or internet connection you can prevent the Adobe app from contacting the Adobe servers and avoid the error message step 4 the final step is to restart your Adobe app without any internet connection for example if you want to use Photoshop again you need to double-click on its icon on your desktop or start menu and launch it as usual you will notice that there is no error message this time and you can use your Photoshop normally however remember that you need to keep your mobile data or internet connection off while using the Adobe app otherwise it will detect your license status and give you the error message again and that's it you have successfully fixed the unlicensed Adobe app error and can use your Photoshop or other Adobe products without any problem I hope this video was useful for you and help you solve your issue if you have any questions or comments please leave them below and I will try to answer them as soon as possible thank you for watching and see you in the next video bye
