How to Fix Texture Loss in FiveM | Ground disappearing Fixed! FPS Boost

hello everyone my is trooper and welcome back to another video today I'm showing you guys how to fix any text loss or FPS issue in your guys's 5m first thing you guys are going to want to do is go to your desktop go to the search bar and very simply search for 5m and then you're going to right click open file location that's going to open up your file explorer and it's going to open up another shortcut right click and then open file location once again and now it's going to actually bring you to where your 5m data files are from here we're going to go inside 5m application data and we're going to go into the data folder here is all of your cach it's up to you whether you want to delete them all or just delete a few I tend just to delete the cash and the server cache just select them delete and just like that you are done you can clear your recycle bin as well if you want it won't really make a difference you've cleared the cash either way some of you guys if you've never cleared your 5m cach before could literally have up to 50 maybe 80 or even 100 gab worth of cash and obviously if you guys have a bunch of builtup cash and it's conflict iting with other servers if they have the same mods that will a lot of the times cause text loss issues especially on vehicle liveries but the next step is going to be actually inside of 5m so what we're going to do is we're going to launch 5m and load into pretty much any server since the settings are server wide and we're going to change a couple of settings now once you guys have spawned in game settings sort of depend on your PC specs if you have maybe a mid tier PC or a lower MPC or higher MPC it pretty much depends so just for a bit of reference I've got a RTX 3060 if you guys have something similar or something around that specs then pretty much follow the exact same settings I'm changing around if you don't the settings still apply you just got to mess around with them a bit to get the right preferences for you so what we're going to do we're going to go to settings and then we're going to go to Graphics now something that is being introduced recently is this guy right here your extended texture budget this you want pretty much at least in the middle like me or if you can all the way to the top but the more this is the more video memory on your GPU it will use if you have a lower side of GPU video me memory then I recommend trying to get this as high as possible and if you have to turn down some of your settings as well now for me with my RTX 3060 I have a i71 12th gen as well I run everything more or less on high or very high and I don't tend to run it on Ultra but the one thing you guys do want to make sure you have on very high or Ultra is your post FX because if you guys do have a graphics mod like nve or Quan FEI they will not work properly unless you have it on very high or Ultra so make sure you're always keeping that at least on very high although it doesn't really make much too much difference so if you can just knock it down to very high the Shadows I have it on softest that doesn't really make much of a big difference but something that I found makes a big difference on FPS and you really don't notice it is your grass quality if you put that on Ultra then that will really make a big difference to your FPS just because it's loading a lot more grass and it uses a lot more resources so knock that down to Grass quality too high and I'd recommend pretty much knocking everything else down aside from your Shader quality to high you can up your sh Shadow quality to high or normal it's really up to you but you really don't notice too much difference unless you're really really into your graphics just knock everything down to high for your Reflections you're driving around and you're pretty much unless you're doing RP as Civ if you're driving around in a police car you're never really going to be paying attention much to your shadows or your reflection so just not that down to X4 but something that makes another big difference is changing these guys right here your pop population density and your population Verity now you can knock this down right down literally to zero because this will make a big big big difference on your FPS and your text loss if you put these all the way down then half the time people always see that as a complete fix you can put these all the way down and that usually fixes most people's problems and you literally do not see a difference this is the key thing move move that all the way down to zero both of these guys right here and then for your distance scaling put that all the way up because if you have your distance scaling on low then it means it will render objects in the further ahead of you basically it'll render objects further ahead of you a lot slower so you will see sort of like popping and things like that as you're driving along because it is taking longer to load the objects in front of you so put that all the way up if you can and then lower some settings if you need to to make more video memory available now for your advanced Graphics you can do this if you want you can put your extended distance scaling all the way up or in the middle or put it up just a little bit I have it off since I really don't notice too much of a difference but if you really do see popping in the distance and you don't like seeing things load out in front of you then definitely put this up because that will stop that problem as well and other than that that's pretty much it you should see a big difference in your FPS and a big difference in your text loss those couple of settings are really key it kind of takes a trial and error process of just getting used to which ones make the biggest difference and you can turn some other things back on but I've got my FPS limited anyway to about 70 FPS cuz my monitor is only 70 FPS you guys can see there I'm getting about 70 sometimes drops to 65 but most of
