so guys for the first step you want to head over to search and then type in check for updates click on it now once you run this you want to click on check for updates and do the updates your computer may have now for the Second Step you want to make sure that your graphics card drivers are also up to date so for me I have an Nvidia graphics card and I have G experience if you have an AMD graphics card you want to download the AMD radian software which will come with that then you want to click on drivers and click on check for updates make sure your graphics card drivers are also up to date now for the third step you want to head over to search and then type in file explorer click on it now once you're on this you want to click on this PC and then you want to find where you have fc24 installed so for me it's on my C drive program files EA Games EA Sports fc24 and then you want to find the fc24 exe file you want to right click on it and then click on properties and then click on the compatibility Tab and then you want to tick run this program as an administrator and then click on okay now for the next step you want to verify your game files so if you're using EA you want to go into fc20 4 and then click on manage and then click on repair if you're using steam however you want to head over to steam click on your library and then you want to find fc24 you want to right click on it click on properties click on installed files and then click on verify Integrity of game files for the next step we're going to head over to search again and type in CMD then you want to run it as administrator and then click on yes now once run this we're going to type in sfc space SL scan now and then click on enter Then you want to run this scan we can run it in a backround as you complete the next steps in the video for the next step you want to head over to search and then type in graphic settings click on it now once you run this you want to make sure that under add an app you have desktop app selected and then click on browse you want to find where you have fc24 installed so for me it's on this PC C drive scroll down program files scroll down again EA Games EA Sports fc24 and then you want to find the exe file fc2 24. exe you want to double click on it which will then make it appear here you want to click on options and then click on high performance and click on Save now once you complete all the steps in the video you want to restart your computer and then the promise should be fixed
