hey guys so if your call of duty cold war crashes due to this fatal error i'm going to show you a quick fix you hit the windows key and r you type in percent program data percent hit okay my window popped up in my other monitor um you go to blizzard entertainment battle.net see this cache folder you hold ctrl and a on your keyboard while you hit right click then delete and that's it but you have to do this before every time you play call of duty cold war otherwise you're gonna get the error again so hopefully they fix that in the future but that's all you need to do is very simple and you'll be able to play zombies without the crashing so there you go
