I have the simple website here and if I try to run this using run and start debugging it will open Chrome and it will give this error Local Host refus to connect so let's fix this error close your Chrome browser and go back to your Explorer here you will see this folder. vs code click on this and delete this folder now click on this run and debug icon and if will have this option create a la Json file click on this and select Chrome and you will have this file created for you now you can close this if you go back here vs code folder will be created but this time the content of launch.
