How to fix accelerated renderer error in premiere pro

hello guys here welcome back to my adobe premiere pro masterclass if you're just joining us you're welcome my name is marking so today i did a long video trying to export my video i noticed an error that says error compiling movie accelerated render error unable to produce frame my first instinct was to panic because of the time it took to create that video but after about 30 minutes i was able to figure out the solution to that problem and later on trying to export that same video i encountered another error that said error compiling movie import error importer returned bad results the good thing is that at the end i was able to figure out the solution to both errors so in this tutorial i'm going to be showing you how to fix the accelerated render error and import error in adobe premiere pro so let's dive right into premiere pro i'll cancel this so these errors are actually very easy to fix the first thing you want to do for the accelerated render error is to move down to file move to your project settings and then click on general now under your renderer you want to change this from mercury playback engine cpu acceleration to mercury playback engine software only i did this and it was like a miracle automatically it solved the problem of accelerated render error for me and my video started exporting however later on the import error popped up on my screen and i was able to realize that the solution to that was either of two things so the first thing you want to check is if the external hard drive you are connecting to your pc where you want to export this file to is still connected to your pc if you change that and you are still noticing that error the next thing you want to change is the location where you're exporting this file to so i exported this file to another location and automatically the import error was solved all right guys that's a quick tutorial on how to fix the accelerated render error and the import error in adobe premiere pro kindly subscribe to my youtube channel for more updates on premiere pro and other video editing softwares such as this thank you guys for watching this video to the end see you in the next tutorial
