How to fix a warped self healing cutting mat . Easy

hey what up youtube chester here with my rc channel and i have an oddball video for you guys today it's really just kind of some information about self-healing cutting mats uh i know that quilters use them people do paper crafts on them we use them for building models and i use them while i'm turning up parts of my rc car and and making masks and you know cutting out stickers all sorts of things anything where you're getting going to be cutting things people buy these self-healing cutting mats they're not cheap they're around 40 bucks you know mine was 40 45 bucks i don't remember but uh one thing that happens to them a lot is they get warped and i couldn't find any good videos about how to fix a warped cutting mat you know everybody's trying to iron them and use blow dryers on them and heat guns on them and put them between panes of glass how to actually fix a self-healing cutting mat is to soak it in hot water and allow it to cool on a flat surface you know i used my wood floor i soaked it in hot water in the bathtub for 15 minutes and then dried it on the flat wood floor and it is brand new again i'll try to find one of my previous videos where it started to warp and uh show you guys the difference here all right so this is a new box about to break the seal all right guys be good to each other have a nice weekend stay safe and ciao
