what if I told you there was a proven formula that would hand clients to you no more searching through the internet trying to find a client maybe you'll end one maybe they give you a trial if you send back the trial it wasn't good enough for them to go for somebody else I'm going to show you how to stop that it's not gonna happen with the click of a finger but it will happen if you stay consistent with the strategy that I give you today this strategy is working well for many different people inside my private members Community video production plus VP plus is extremely undervalued right now and the people inside are getting crazy results the reason is because we're pretty small still we've got about 180 members inside which means I can focus on each of you individually don't take my word for it take one of our members words I joined Jack's video production plus after wasting a lot of time figuring out how things work on my own then right after I joined Jack sent me a video he personally recorded to me to help me with my specific problems then after just two weeks applying what he told me to do I landed a client this is just one of many testimonials we've got coming out of there all day long link to video production.plus down below check us out hopefully we see see you inside now let's jump on the screen alright so here's this simple philosophy but you're going to want to listen to the rest of the video so you know the actual implementation of the philosophy track record matters that's the entire philosophy of what we're going to be talking about and the implementation that goes into that now I can't tell you exactly what to do because each of you have a very different story and you really need to listen to the options and then put a strategy together for you but here's what worked for me when I started my freelance career we're talking 18 19 years old I would take any project that came my way didn't matter if it was 30 quid to come out and film a club whatever the case would be I would take absolutely every project that came my way the reason for this is because I really wasn't in demand Beggars can't be choosers so to speak it wasn't even necessarily the most strategic thing I wasn't cherry picking work I was just happy to take any work that came my way now this resulted in massive momentum being built a lot of projects being done all of these things that as you intuitively know it's easier to land work once you've done a bunch of work so your goal philosophy wise is to touch as many projects as you can possibly get your paws on for the first couple years it might be 12 months of extensive grind it might be 24 months of extensive grind but after that period of time has passed you now have two things on your side you have a extensive track record and because you've done a lot of projects loads of social proof a year or two in I had loads of pictures of me at shoots I had you know videos on the internet I had behind the scenes content I'd started building a personal brand I had probably close to 100 clients in the Rolodex so to speak referrals come from that recommendations come from that so the philosophy is very simple when you're not in demand you need to take absolutely as many projects as you can possibly get your hands on you might actually have to start your entry into the game with free work I didn't actually make any money as a video creator until I was 18 years old when I was 18 years old I made an account on upwork.com then about a month later someone approached me through upwork somehow someone found my profile and I did some work for them I made 150 in a day and I said you know what sweet I'm going to pursue remote freelancing now as well before that I was only freelancing in person I was shooting music videos for people I was going to shitty little drum and vase events on the weekend and filming night clubs and festivals in the summer it was all videography all in person stuck handshake deals so to speak now all of a sudden I found this new world of the internet right and again the point is you touch a lot of projects build a lot of relationships collectively it results in positive momentum for you even if each individual person doesn't recommend you collectively you've got a big Network someone's going to be recommending you and giving you referrals so once I'd been in the game for years I had people picking up the phone and calling me for a new project we built a good relationship they recommended me to someone else a colleague in the same industry and again the reason we got there is because we took loads of projects we built up a track record we built momentum we converted that into referrals repeat business and consistent clients and then all of a sudden we've got a solid business in our hands all of a sudden we had a business that at the bare minimum would make 2K a month up to 5K a month so now now it gets to the point that you've touched a shitload of projects what do you do after that you then get picky you then get a bit more strategic right you might have three four clients on the go you could decide you know what he's not paying that much she's paying more I'm gonna double down on that content I'm gonna push away this content for me structurally would that look like was only having a couple remote clients my core clients who were paying the bills two YouTubers I've told this story many different times that was my guaranteed 2K a month and then I'd build upon that income with the one-off job that looked like a fitness program for a month we were shooting a couple weeks in the gym boom couple weeks at home editing then we got content creation I start putting content on the internet all of that came because of the philosophy we start off we are Beggars and through building a track record through building momentum through just touching projects project project project project project you build a network so anyways that's the core philosophy another video that you need to watch right after this because it kind of just continues on perfectly is this video right here I'm not gonna you know sit on the screen for too long I'm gonna count you down here's the thumb they'll click on it it's the perfect continuation three two one see you there
