Download and install the Rokoko Studio Live add-on for Blender. After recording your take in Rokoko Studio, right-click on it and choose Export. Choose FBX and set it to Binary. Uncheck Body Mesh as you don’t need it. As the Armature or "Skeleton" I recommend using the Maya HumanIK one. Back in Blender sign into the Rokoko add-on. Import the FBX file and check “Automatic Bone Rotation”. Set the end frame value of the Timeline to where the keyframes end. To avoid confusion, select the imported armature, press F2 and rename it “Source”. Open the Retargeting tab and enter the correct Armature names in their respective fields. Click on Build Bone List. Then, expand the panel and go over the results. Manually add or correct any missing or wrong bones. Finally click on Retarget Animation.
