How to Draw Maggie from the Simpsons

foreign friends in this drawing tutorial I'm going to show you how to draw Maggie Simpson from The Simpsons so what you'll need for this tutorial is drawing paper I'm just using paper straight out of the printer and also a marker or a pencil and also a sheet of paper or cardboard to put behind our drawing page so that way when we're drawing the ink doesn't go through to the table so let's get started we'll start by drawing Mikey's head around here and then her body after that so we'll start by drawing her two eyes so we're just going to draw a circle right in the middle of our page here just like that and for her people we're just going to draw a small Dot around here and I on both of her eyes she has three eyelashes so we're just going to draw three straight lines around each eye um before we do her second eye we will draw her nose which is just gonna be a backward C here and then follow all the way through touch your eye next we can draw her other eye which is overlapping behind this one in front so it's not going to be a complete Circle so we'll start from the edge of her nose here and you want it to be the same size as her right eye I will just touch it here and again for her other people small circle inside her eye cool and next for her three eyelashes the same thing just three um straight lines on her eye like this her hair is pretty cool because it's very zigzaggy so starting from we'll go from this Iris here across starting from here draw one diagonal line just reading in line with this second eyelash and then we'll go in up again up so lots of zigzags they also look like um small triangles and another one and then to finish off we'll just draw a small one here cool so just starting from this bottom uh triangle will go up and then we'll draw a backwards C for her ear just here now inside that see I'm gonna draw a t for her earlobe and that's her ear finished and starting from the bottom of her left eye gonna curve slightly downwards and we'll start by drawing her nice line but she doesn't really have a mouth she does but what does she have in her mouth it's a dodo our pacifier so we'll draw another backward C slightly bigger around like this looks pretty funny and then at the start of this C here are you can go all the way in for this and inside that U H smaller one and then we'll draw two lines one line here to connect to use and another one here awesome so from the bottom of her pacifier here I'll do a little e and then elongate it here for her chin and just from the edge of her chin here will connect the chin to your the back of her neck and her hair start here go across like this cool so we've got our headline but we've forgotten one thing she does have a ribbon um above her eyes here on her hair so just about here we're gonna draw a shape that looks like this I'll connect these two come onto a small circle here and then go out around and then back up so that's her bow which is on her hair and now we've finished her head so next we'll draw her body so draw a small line here for her neck then another line all the way across for her arm because they're going to be outstretched and just below that line to another line then we'll connect these two together with the curved line here my far hands she's got four fingers so we'll draw one finger here and another one here and then another one lastly another finger here I'm going to that small c r u here cool not for her other arm we'll start from the edge of her pacifier here and go up a small one and a diagonal line across down here or other arm and again four fingers one two three four cool this is really looking to start start look to look like Maggie some top one nice small line here another one this is for her belly we'll do a long curve down here and another one the same shape but opposite over here and again a smaller one and for her feet small U on its side and on the same side exactly the same thing foreign for this you'll need yellow for her skin um blue for her Ribbon or her bow and her clothes and also an orange for her pacifier I'll fast forward this bit but you can pause it so that you can match my coloring all right I'll fast forward to here let's go [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] foreign so I really hope you enjoyed this drawing tutorial um remember it's okay if your drawing didn't turn out exactly like mine because the main thing is just that you enjoyed yourself and had a lot of fun and each time you practice your drawing will get better each time so keep up the drawing people and thanks for watching please subscribe for more drawing videos I'll see you next time bye bye
