How to Downgrade macOS Monterey to High Sierra (2022)

hi viewers this is sodor from mac to iphone in this video we will see how to download macos monitor to high sierra in this same process you can downgrade upcoming macos ventura to older version for this process you need a empty external hard disk to backup or a flash drive before start please like and subscribe my channel to support me thanks let's start in app store you cannot find any older version of mac os here you can only find the latest version of macos latest one is macos monetary so you can find here so to download older version of mac os open safari and go to this link from video description from here you can download older version of macos for sierra or older version a dmg file will be downloaded then you have to double click to open it for high sierra and later version it goes to app store to download macos so download it from app store you will see this error message when download is completed it is normal because the os application is older version by default mac os does not open any older version of apps now we have to now we have to create a bootable mac os for older version so we need empty flash drive of 16 gb or higher face and make sure that this process will erase all data from your flash drive and mac so you have to do backup your flash drive and mac to bring a hard disk to backup data you can do the time machine backup or manual backup or if you have any cloud service you can backup from there also but for time machine backup it will not work in older version for making bootable flash drive plug in usb plus and open terminal and type this command from radio description then drag flash drive to terminal window hit return type password hit return again here make sure that no data is available on flash drive then type yes then hit return to erase your flash drive and making bootable it will takes few moments you will see like this when it is finished now shut down your mac and press and hold option key then power on again and release option key when you will see this booting window choose install macos select language to continue dix utility and continue now view so all devices select internal drive and click erase name select the format apis or macos journal close duke's utility and install mac os continue and continue and choose internal macintosh hd and install now now take a rest it will takes lots of time now follow steps from welcome screen now macos is downgraded to older version you can restore your data on it if you taken backup from time machine so migration process will not work here so you can do manually transfer here like this or restore it from your cloud service that's all hope you like this video please like and subscribe my channel to get more videos thanks for watching
