how to do stairs Panelling & dado Rail! Easy DIY |

[Music] okay guys so first thing thank you one of us what's the first video um today we're gonna do some paneling on that or a dado rail first then i'm gonna do some paneling or make it look like there's panels there whatever my plan is to use a level um from this ballista to the wall get it level with this [Music] so what you can see here is obviously my line isn't perfectly straight but it's good enough um i'm just seeing exactly how long the first bit of data rail is going to sit and also how i'm going to fit it with the finish at the end there by the window i wouldn't normally bring the saw inside but the weather was just awful that weekend so i decided to just bring it in the house and get it done quickly i'm just putting some nails in now onto the dado rail just so when i've got the glue on the back straight away i can tap the nails in to keep it in place [Music] so i'm just using a flathead screwdriver now as a punch just to get the nails in a little bit further and i don't want to damage the daily reel hence why i'm using this pathetic little hammer but you can see my sun in the back giving me a bit of encouragement and normal support so yeah so now the first bit of data rails on the wall and i'm just putting a bit of chalk on it i'm just marking out the cut lines now i'll leave a link in the description on some information that i found that made it really really simple to do [Music] [Music] so and that's the data rail fitted to the wall [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] [Music] my if you're interested in doing your own paneling 100 you need to get yourself one of these tools a digital angle finder just makes it super super easy [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so here's the first one going on to the wall [Music] and i've got my eldest son here just giving me a hand [Music] [Music] uh [Music] [Music] uh [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] there you go that is us that's finished really simple job to do but makes a massive difference in the end just want to say thanks everyone that's watching and don't forget to like and subscribe
