I've found that anti-seize tends to glob when I used it in brake applications and actually caused a minor binding issue the last time I used it. Maybe I just used too much, but I prefer to use brake grease as it doesn't coagulate like the anti-seize did.
IMO, I think anti seize is meant to be used on items that are immovable under normal operation (i.e. like the bracket bolts, but not the slide pins). I think you need something a little thinner for these pins. But maybe it's just me.
