how to convert a pdf to a word document on mobile welcome to another gauging gadgets microsoft word tutorial video in this video i'm going to show you how to convert any pdf to a word document on your phone so this will be either iphone or android phone and to do this we're not going to use any sketchy websites or apps we're going to be using actual microsoft apps to do this so to get started the first thing we need to do is open up your respective app store either the app store on your iphone or the google play store on an android phone once you have your app store open what you want to do is search office and then we're just going to download and install microsoft office on our iphone or android phone so go ahead and select that and then install microsoft office once microsoft office is installed on your phone go ahead and select open once you open the app you'll need to either log in or create a microsoft account so i'll go ahead and do that now that we have the microsoft office app open and we've logged in we need to open up the pdf so that we can convert it to a word document and to do that select the file icon in the top right of the app right next to the search icon and then select this device you might need to grant file access to the app so go through that process if needed then we just need to find the pdf file on our phone i have it under downloads and go ahead and open that pdf this will allow you to view the pdf file from here what we need to do is select the three vertical dots in the top right of the app and then right here you'll see convert to word select that it's going to process the file and convert it to a word document as you can see it's now opened that pdf as a word document so i can go in i can change different things about it different images i can change text anything i want to do i have now converted this pdf to a word document on my phone right so that's how you convert a pdf to a word document on iphone or android phone if you have any questions about this leave a comment below i'll get back to you as soon as i can if you'd like to see more pdf or word document tutorial videos check the links in the description if this video helped you give it a thumbs up and please consider subscribing to my channel gauging gadgets for more gadget reviews and tech tutorials thank you so much for watching
