How to connect zoom recorder to iPhone

[Applause] hi hi in today's video i'm going to be showing you how you can connect this zoom recorder to your iphone right here you see now what you want to do is you can use any zoom recorder or any iphone this will work to connect the zoom recorder to your iphone now what you want to do is you want to have either a portable charger that's usb or you want to have a usb outlet plug this will also work to connect it to your iphone now you want to have this adapter right here make sure you have this adapter this is the usb to lightning adapter right here connected into your iphone right here and now leave this aside because you'll not need your iphone for right now now you want to have this power cable right here this power cable will connect to your zoom recorder and to your portable charger this end will connect to your zoom recorder and the other end will connect to your power bank or your usb outlet plug that you have connect it into your portable charger then connect the other one into your zoom recorder and now i do not recommend that you use this lightning to headphone jack adapter uh whilst your iphone is going to be bringing you noise when you use your zoom recorder so that's why i do not recommend that you use this lightning jack 2 headphone jack adapter now the other adapter that you want to have a cable if you want to have this usb end right here you want to have this mini usb do not get this cable confused with a micro usb you want to have a mini usb to connect to your zoom recorder right here you see this mini usb right here connected into the mini usb port then connect the fat end of the usb into your adapter which is the lightning to a usb adapter now what you want to do is you want to power on your zoom recorder right here power it on and now what you want to do is you want to head over to the menu option right here by clicking the menu button right here and the scroll wheel click that now head over to the menu and scroll all the way to where it says usb click on usb and then you'll have audio if click audio interface then click frequency and change it from 4.1 to 48 kilohertz now click on connect and then you want to connect either you want to have either your microphone which is the built-in microphone right here that i am tapping or you want to have an xlr microphone connected as well i'm going to be connecting this microphone right here i i already have it connected to the microphone right here now i'm going to connect the other end into the zoom recorder right here you see now what you want to do is you want to adjust your levels accordingly to your liking right here just adjust the levels accordingly to what you like it right here and make sure your audio is not peaking right here you see the audio is not peaking when i am using it right here you see it is not peaking now now what you want to do is head over to your iphone and then you want to head over to garageband right here select your guru band and click on this audio option right here click on audio recorder and then you see click cancel and then on the side right here you see the microphone level right here testing testing one two three testing testing testing one two three now to record what you wanna do is you wanna click on these levels right here click it and then go from zero right here click it to go to zero right here you can change this zero so that they have no audio right here no audio compressions and nothing right there now what you want to do is to record click this option right here where it says the red icon click that then it's going to be giving you a countdown testing testing one two three this is this is an audio test to see what the sound is like when you record it from the zoom recorder to your iphone so please like comment and subscribe and tell me in the comment section what you like about this audio device now that you recorded your audio you can stop it by clicking this stop button right there and now i'm gonna head over to the record now that you stopped it you want to head over to your iphone recording right here to record the audio right here as well now press this recording button right here and then it's going to be recording your audio for you as well click that gonna be recording audio right here testing testing one two three the audio you're hearing is coming from this microphone right here do not use the built-in microphones on your zoom recorder a welsh resume recorder is not going to be sounding right when you connect it to your iphone so please like comment and subscribe for more how-to videos like these ones on how to connect your zoom recorder to your iphone so please like comment and subscribe
