I just Tampa tech and learn something new from PC TVs and gaming to start all right this is how to connect a bose acoustic mass 10 series to home theater speaker system and this is unlike any other like subwoofer you actually connect it with any receiver right here and you'll get this wire kit right here and you plug it into the output on the amplifier receiver this is a pioneer and then it goes to right here no plugs in right here see so I'll say L if you look on real closely ill it's all labeled on it and on top of here is there's a L well obviously that's the left so you plug it in right there and then the center there's a C for a center you can see that and then R and this is all coming from the amplifier output of the amplifier and then this round left and surround right so these are the back speakers so if you're facing the TV that's a left back speaker that's the right back speaker okay and then these right here these go to the speaker's you see there so the R is all labeled make sure these are going straight to the speakers and then this one plugs into the sea and then this one plugs in to the back left and this is the back right they labeled even if it's not labeled you just trace the wire down and then the left speaker bottom row that you see right there that gets plugged into the output of any amplifier right here and it's all labeled if you look at it it says left surround well left surround left surround it's labeled right here left surround and plug it in right here that's pretty much it so once you have this done you can just turn on the amplifier to work and the Bose work so you just follow the labels right here right surround up dad and that and this is a basic receiver like Akio pioneer this is the pioneer receiver but they're all pretty much similar and got the output HDMI output going to my TV HDTV but you could do all optical so if you have your cable box and your blu-ray player all connected to your TV through HDMI cable you can do optic cable out from the TV most TVs have the optical out audio out and you plug that into right here it says TV optical when I got it since this TV has a RC or your return channel I'm going to use HDMI it's going to eliminate the fact that we have the TV optical so but your TV's got to be pretty new for your TV to have the Audio Return Channel feature it's usually on HDMI one input on the TV kind of confusing stuff still new stuff Audio Return Channel feature is new so if you have old TV you probably don't have that so just use the optical cable this is the front right just going to the bow subwoofer and the left red goes the red right here just like that this is how it's going to look just like that and again you can use for the audio out of your TV you could used optical or if your TV's new you could use the audio return channel which is the receiver has to have arc or your return channel as well as the TV or else it's not going to work and then you have to activate in the receiver settings but if you're not that tech-savvy just plug it into here the TV optical audio out into here and then it should work fine it should pretty much unsquare ahead and test it now
