How To Clean Your Cutting Board

here's how I clean and maintain my cutting board so many of you asked me to show you this so I got you first things first got a little dish soap on a sponge just normal activities here I'm gonna I'm gonna wet it and then I'm gonna clean clean clean clean clean typically obviously this would be nice and dirty you're gonna go like this and then what I like to use is actually a bench scraper a bench scraper is really going to push everything off this is straight into the sink just like this and this is my favorite process you don't want to wet your cutting board and submerge it in water do not put it in the dishwasher so a little dish soap I wipe it down I do a couple rounds of it's kind of dirty and then I just towel dry it just a quick towel will dry and then typically when this dries out so let's just do this side because it's nice and dry I'm going to take a little bit of this oil toss it on this is a boost block makes their own Mystery Oil it's just a board oil to keep it nice and fresh and then there's this little sponge that
