How to Clean & Replace Grills on Weber Spirit 310 Barbeque

hey guys so got a couple things planned for this video on my web at 3:10 we're going to be doing a grill replacement and it's good to do this every couple years no matter how good you clean them you do need to replace them after a while the flavor izing bar which is these bars go underneath the grill and that top rack that you rest things on to get out of the heat and whatnot less of direct heat gonna replace the the bin underneath and then we're going to use the two weber branded grill cleaner products and show you a before and after so let's get started so if you don't know how to find your weber serial number it's normally a sticker around the side the back or on the inside of the door or in my case have the spirit 310 and it was down here you can see spirit to 310 and the serial number and whatnot just in case you might talk about customer service I'm not sure if it helps or not but this is the state that my grills are in that I want to replace them I just in case you're wondering I do a before burn in once in a while a before and after burn when you're cooking but um I I flip these around I had them on different sides and you know I normally keep them on this side but you know I know some people flip around on the other side which to each their own so even if I got the stuff in between off these things never ever look new and about the two-year mark that's a perfect time to replace them these are kind of rusted so that's good to replace those around now - absolutely great they come in a ten pack here and you just take out your in here I've already taken up the old one I'm in the process of cleaning this stuff but you can clean that scrub that just really never get to that that just means I have it there was one point or two point that I didn't change one quick enough you just take one of these up and slide them in here you got that thing in it's got a lip on one side I guess in this case it doesn't matter but [Music] now for the last little bit of all the hot dogs and hamburgers that unfortunately didn't get eaten like around the sides it's hard to pick it up you can either use a shopback or for little crumbs you can just push into there and then kind of take out the tray and then kind of put it in the trash [Music] all right so now it's time for the flea rising Birds they have these little slots here there's different different types you can get seen with the big grills I've got the porcelain ones but they do make like a stainless steel so there is a right and a way wrong way to put them in just make sure you line up the holes at the top because if you see they flip it around the holes on this side instead of that side so whatever way that you do it just be consistent to keep it with helpful to even burn now it's at putting in the grills so there's two different sides that there's a pointed side and flat cooking surface like I said some people I'll put it up like that I don't know all of the photos and stuff with Weber they all show it like this so I kind of like that flat surface it's also perforated down like that because when things drip drip a certain way so there's lots of other reasons why now the this top bar here left it out a little too long that's okay so next what we're going to do we use the interior grill cleaner which is supposed to use for the actual grill itself but I use it as a degreaser inside now we're gonna use the exterior to get rid of all the grungy stuff around it so there you guys have it we had this for probably four years and if you take care of a Weber my parents had theirs for 25 plus years as a Genesis and there you go nice and clean as much as you can within like a two hour window and that was a replacement of the flavor bars and the grilles and the top grill thank you everyone I hope you enjoyed if you liked the video please leave a like and subscribe and I'll see you next time you
