welcome back to my channel today I'm going to show you a quick way how to change your oil in your rear end like a John Deere lawn tractor first thing you do go make a spacer somebody the tractor and there's your neutral rod right there's a little clip here take your screwdriver don't lose it alright so these two brackets on these sides of the rear end you gotta take these bolts to take ten millimeter socket you can take this clip out here just down on the bottom comes right is take your washer rusty you break them off them in the relief the tension off the belt next step is take these bolts off four bolts two on each side that holds the rim into the frame 13mil before you Jack your tractor up the tractors gonna pivot so with some piece of wood on each side here so the tractor don't go like this when you Jack it out go to high because you get to undo some cables and not a rod now you take that cable off here and there's forward/reverse rod clip back there in the attained but it will come out when it's almost there there I got it take that brought it no it's left is a belt you can jack it up are there ice holds the belt on your pulley makes a 15 millimeter this will hit your fan but it does fit there you go now you can take your poster we're in forward a little bit take your belt off and now you're gonna grab your tractor my hand and lift it out of place they got the rear end you can pressure wash it clean it up that's what I'm gonna do I'm gonna spray some rim cleaner on it all right put it back on you would keep Silla ruin the level here's the event cat who's your alters your filler drain hole drive underneath little amber yeah pops right it there's gonna be a magnet there you go you have to clean that stuff 200 hours on it after a while loses viscosity and the trade mission will slip a little bit he's got tens of your crack and oil see peg this one's cess still okay but cracked on the outside but he decides not now I'm gonna reuse I put a silicone on top oh it gained their forgot half hour all right she's a little dream I'm gonna put some oil in there you can use there's a K 46 transmission they use a high guard low viscosity or you can use 5w 50 synthetic oil let the Hat hydraulic oil in this one so I'm gonna put back the high gear our olive oil and I almost go right to the top of it a quarter inch since the pumps primed and it's step is to clean your Magnus oh good ring cap on all right I cleaned all the fins oil I'm gonna clean my my Poli with the lacquer thinner get all the oil out of there I might have spilled on it all right there's two rods here make sure this rock on this side of this those blocks and the other one and you get a saw it put the jack back in the craft well here's for the go inside of this bracket you wash your own your star washer here you put that on the ground and tap it flat again a little bit of white give her extra white when you put it back on put the belt on get your retaining bolt and you plug that water in shorting brackets on the outside of the framework okay I'm gonna put these these bolts for the air we're in brackets do the same thing tight new bolts to put in this last one you get a bug no the parking brake would you wash it on and you clip clip off there you go little snap right in place one last thing to go reverse rod that's it okay if you like this video press thumbs up you can subscribe to my channel click below thank you for watching
