[Music] oh boy I smell your ear over here huh hey do you think we felt it in here oh yeah we can do about it you're breaking the rules [Music] looky there Oh Saved by the Bell men move me around [Music] wake up there and $1 and you know what the day that's the watch gentlemen here's the past 25 questions multiple choice I open all your eggs in bring pros to coming YouTube you've been in this class for like 30 years you don't pass this exam that snake you're off [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] my last cancer this thing oh good job boy Dexter we all do you finish first yeah Bruce yeah what does he you need a like a relevant exam drop your pencil mess oh he alright ten minutes left ten minutes left simple here is another platform Thank You Ethel air and today I'm going to show you how to change the hydraulic oil and filter on this x mark glazier Z that's right it's got an oil filter you're probably thinking where is that little filter well it's back here hi I'm Nadia it's off under here and as you can see it's dated that's a good thing to do so you know when to change it and that one was change last two years ago but every five hundred dollars they want you to change it but every manufacturer is different you might want to check your manual so we got it jacked up so you can see it easier for the filming but you don't have to jack it up this high and take the wheels off you can jack it up a little bit you might even be able to reach under there with your hand and the oil filter wrench take the filter off so that's the first thing we're going to do take the oil filter off okay I took the oil filter off you know we've got to put an oil pan under there you know that I hope you know that to catch the oil and I put the filter off and you know you don't have to buy that filters from X Mark you can get them from Napa stens is Gotham Oregon's got them rotaries got them so you know they pull cross-reference and then we're going to write on it like we did this one when we change see this is an Apple one's been on there two years this guy just wants the oil change you want to get ready for receiving all right and the next thing you're going to want to do while that's draining just come over here and you want to crack these reliefs these are your reliefs right here five eighths there's one on each pump you don't take it out you just crack it loose see it's only open about a turn each one and that's what you also do when you want to freewheel this you crack them loose and you can push this around now wait a few minutes and it'll drain just about all the oil out of this tank and then you just simply put the oil filter back on and then we're going to have to bleed the air out of it that's the tricky part changing the oil is easy it's after you change it that could be tricky all right we wrote a month and the date of when we changed it and then I added five hundred dollars $2 reader now this one was about two hundred dollars more it could have went now they recommend you use one 115 W 50 now the reason they want you to use a good heavy synthetic oil is because this has got a little tiny tank and this is a small hydraulic system so it's going to get hot and synthetic oil can take a lot of heat so I want to use Napa 1550 it's a full synthetic way so first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to fill this oil filter with some oil so that way we ask some oil in the filter and raise don't be dry when we fill up the tank in bubbling bubbling bubbling we're going to bubble bubble milk what there's no boom now of course you want to put some on the gasket and then reach up under there and screw it back on and then take your oil filter wrench and you know you'll want to go crazy tight because then you'll never get it off the next time make sure it's snug alright now we're going to fill the tank [Music] get go home look you went bought two cores to fight me more than up right everyone why am i standing at bottom now we're going to start it up and try to work the air out Here I am okay now we're going to start it I still have the pump release so we're going to start and run it all right you see that see all that brown in there that's air bubbles so you got to kind of let that settle out and you notice when I sitting on the seat how eyes moving the handles because I circulating that oil through the system before I tighten up them relief valves so you may have to do this two or three times till you get that air out so now you might got you're going to have to let it sit now you see it says cold and hot I'm going to have to add a little bit more oil just to cover where it says coals in there well you got to let that those air bubbles settle out an area so go do something go have a cup of coffee or soda pop or maybe drink some water going to bathroom read newspaper and then come back and when them settles out and do it again can we get all the air out all right I tied off the pump air bubbles out of out now you're going to hear some grinding and growing in and that's just more air in there it will work its way out Oh there's more air bubbles in there so now we're going to let it set again and then that little clackety-clack noise you heard on the motor bride digging with motor sounds bad that's that fan on that flywheels loose so now we all let that marimow will settle out so go get something to drink maybe get a beer this time look how frothy that is that's like a root beer float it's real frothy now it's a little low - I'm going to add a little bit okay we let it sit an air bubbles settled out of it so it should be good we're going to take it for one more right now there's another trick you could do - if you're having trouble like when I was working it it wasn't moving you can jack up the wheels off the ground push one of the levers forward to actually spin the tire by hand till you get it going and then you can work the air out that way - sometimes you have to do that too and then you know I might have to do it on both sides and then eventually you'll work the air out that's all it is just getting the air out of it so let's try it now okay there's all you have to do to change in the hydraulic oil on one of these here x marks and there's your fear okay times up pencils down I said pencils down okay okay I'll give you a few more seconds okay you prayed all the exams and there's a couple surprises in here some here we'll be moving on the law for college and others are going to be turn it into cool Tony guitar the 95 congratulations you're going to be moving on that one it is fairly fast resume I'll be moving on also Thank You mr. Danko Rudy bill it's the nice knowing you too jackal right license don't get too excited huh mr. mayor okay this is where we battle I'm surprised you quit one deck sir I'm sorry okay why it's not how fast you get the test on is how accurate your answers are I'm sorry Poindexter but we're gonna have to take your tools even the ones I think by myself even the ones you pay for yourself we have to take apart but I guess I'm interested here you got a hundred and five excellent job you even got all five bonus questions right there's only really high school students ever done that so we're going to have a placards made it your honor all right looks like I'm going alone localities take that Ned oh yeah you guys enjoy beautiful I'll see why not here let's start celebrate oh I hope you got one of them for me too [Applause] [Music] I can't believe this Lancer I know what a real boy [Music]
