How to Calculate BMI in Pounds (lbs) -Body Mass Index Easy Way

hello guys I hope you are doing really really well in today's video I am going to show you how to calculate BMI in pounds okay so guys the formula to find out the BMI in pounds is BMI is equal to weight in pounds divided by height in inches Square multiply by seven zero three so guys this is the formula now let's say our weight is 176 pounds okay and our height is 72 inches okay now guys as you can see over here uh the formula for uh BMI is where divide by height but height is in inches Square so what we will do is we have here 72 so we multiply it two times I will show you so what we will do to convert it 8 inches Square 72 multiplied by 72 okay then we will get our answer which is 5184. so now this is in inches Square now simply we get our values our weight is here 176 and our height is here 5184 so simply we put the values in the formula we will get our answer so 176 divided by 5 1 8 4 and here we have multiply 7 0 3 so we multiply it with 703 so our answer will be 23.9 okay guys so this is our BMI so guys this is how you can calculate BMI uh in pounds okay so simply you just have to multiply this inches 2 times 72 multiplied by 72 then you will get your answer in inches Square then simply put the values in the formula you will get your BMI so guys this is for today's video I hope you liked the video I hope you enjoyed the video so please subscribe to my channel thank you very much
