I couldn't get through it. The shitty music, the random slow motion, the jump cuts, random engine noises, inconsistent assembly, the subtitles. Just let me watch the dude build an engine. It's like the guy just discovered Windows Movie Maker.

Can anyone tell me why these engines don't use overhead camshafts?

[Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] this has piston hitting buttons and they're held in by the oil ring they're drilled out sort of light they're super strong pins if you get a look right through there they won't elongate you can't flatten them and along the I like you can some marks on the Pistons yeah yep that's being caused by that corner oh I see in the cylinder many watch some of these are are fairly deep okay so you gotta fix that we're trying to clean it up just a little down man you see it right in the coil one on each side on both sides and you'll want to grind them in so when you grind the groove I only grind one side okay you don't grind the other one you won't really keep them square [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] on the on the washer on the walk right here it's a double is was on governess once you squirt some of that in there the bellow will be where the rod sits against the crane you know the edge of the crisis outside it you see let's line up your tank is your gavel won't be realized [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I'm just trying to make it fluid [Music] yeah he put any kind of increased motion on it we get incorrect as hell once you're at the exit just so you know that they already tighten you up more torque hip toward the consoles checked [Music] [Music] not a clipper oh wait word again so you get a go clockwise amazing you can grind the ball up to [Music] you have this leaders and say I don't know I know they were approached if they're not if they're not machine the first three threads yeah you have someone take him and put them on a lathe cut them off if you don't when you bottom amount yeah it forces out the cylinder door - yeah and your rooms will not good ones - yeah a jump ball some ARP is doing some don't in the old days they didn't [Music] [Music] [Applause] you how we doing over there and we down [Music] so but I think Twitter we decrease it my son 25 I don't know that's not how I [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] and you'll notice there's a recess in here for the lash cap because you don't want the lash cap to touch the retainer some people take and machine the valve and put a chamfer on it I prefer not to because then it what happens is it beats on it enough that it kind of mushrooms the top of the valve a little bit and locks them together so they can never fall out another nice thing about this rocker setup these because of the angle of the head and the valve covers oil fills up quite high on here and you end up with a bath oil in the bottom of the motor and the bottom of the valve cover area and the rockers down here that are on the pedestals that go to the exhaust valve will be fully immersed in oil and they really get a lot of lubrication now up here they run dry all the time another thing is on a Hemi due to the angle of the push rods they're notorious for balling and every year guys will take and lube up their push rods and put a special grease on the end of the push rods to not gall them when they first fire the motor up we took made an attempt to solve that problem on this motor now one it has this T&D rocker setup and if we ever heard of spring we can pull the rocker off individually and fix it the other thing is you can't it's hard to see but right here is a little tiny hole and that little tiny hole right there which is at each one of these locations sprays oil up on these rockers so that it puts oil right to the tip of the rocker where the push rod attaches so that it doesn't dry out the rocker in addition to that to make sure that we don't want to have a problem because guys still have trouble with them is we put on push rod we have pushrods that have holes and a lot of others do and there's a hole that goes all the way through the pushrod and this stops the galling and as you can see after two years of running on the street we street drive it a lot there's nowhere there's no galling so we run these along with this and that saves it as well and these are redline lifters by Hiskey and they've worked out really really well they've been holding up very well but we did a modification on them to Christ the Chrysler lifter due to the size of the cam being so large when the lifters in the bore the problem that you run into is the cam is so big that it pushes the lifter out of the bores and in other words the oil groove that's in this lifter the oil group that's in this lifter gets pushed completely out of the oil galley and you lose oil pressure so we actually had to go with a forward lifter and this is a ford lifter and that's what we use and then we ground right here a groove that goes from the oil galley down to the pin and it pressurizes the small end of the of the roller with pressurized oil and these have been fantastic no issues whatsoever two years no problems or smooth as can be you wouldn't normally find that on a on a roller lifter so they've worked out great in the oil galley here for the lifters we tap it and we take a we put a fitting in here and we run an oil line up here that comes up and that's what provides oil to the spray bar attachment another thing we did is after these heads which are custom made they're very very strong heads they flow a lot of a lot of CFM is we won't welded the piss out of them to give us a larger area and then because the the original tubes that would house the push rod we crying we groan right through into him and we had to actually take and put new tubes in there and j-b weld them in and they work great too here's no problems jb welds good 200 and or no 550 degrees and that's worked out slick and we have we flow over 500 CFM with these heads [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] couple fellow [Music] we go to exhaustion so it's the 80s develop all the way out of line in third sector [Music] Oh got some lift there huh that's not stood [Music] [Applause] [Music]
