at this very moment somewhere in the world there is a man and this man is so good at what he does so smooth that you would think that he is from a movie but this guy has a secret and you would never guess just by looking at that he has learned all the little details needed to be smooth not a single man on this planet is born with the ability to be smooth because like anything else this is a skill that can be learned over time the ability to be smooth can be an incredibly powerful tool for any man to have and the guy who is smooth around women will be viewed as extremely charming but being smooth is actually a universal skill meaning it can help you in a variety of situations involving both men and women coworkers and managers or even complete strangers imagine in your head the smoothest guide that you've ever seen in your life most likely you thought of someone like James Bond one of the most well known smoothest meant that you'll never meet although Mr Bond is a fictional character his skills are very real and extremely beneficial in today's society most men are not smooth especially around girls and this offers a huge advantage to those men who choose to pursue this skill but what is smooth what are the real tangible qualities that a man must have to be viewed as smooth and once learned how can you develop these qualities the answer might actually be simpler than you think first you need to understand that being a physically attractive male automatically gives you an advantage if you're trying to be a smooth individual but with a little extra effort you can be just as good as the guys in the movies even if you're not super attractive which is the likely scenario for most guys now with that said there are two main components to understand and both must be trained if you want to reach the highest love being smooth is just as much about your body language or how you carry yourself as it is about the words that you speak however more than anything else it is a mindset in the same way that being a dominant male is all about your mindset to get into this mindset you need to remember two things first nothing ever fazes you or throws you off your frame if we look at guys like James Bond we can see that no matter what nothing really ever faces he can be ambushed by several men while sipping a martini and it's just business as you for this guy and even in the presence of very attractive but also very dangerous women bond is never faced emotionally or physically by anything this is the mindset that you need to develop the next time something surprises you stay calm and collected now the second part of the mindset that the smooth is most charming guys in the world half is control no matter what happens always remain in control if you're around a girl that she starts testing you maintain control of your emotions a famous quote one cent control yourself or someone else will control you self control or mastering oneself is important not just for being smooth but for achieving success in anything in life and if you're not controlling yourself at any given moment then someone else will definitely be controlling you now the third step to developing superhuman smoothness involves something as simple as how you move physically science shows that our brains affect our physical body and our physical body affects our brain remember this as within so without what this means is that whatever you think will be reflected outside of you in your reality so if you think smooth your body will begin to move smoothly most guys move and think in an extremely choppy way without even realizing it but there is a secret trick to instantly fixing this problem and smoothing out your physical movements to become smooth you must think speak and move in a way that is not choppy and the trick to instantly fixing the problem of choppiness is to pretend you're entering a time warp where your reality is moving at only 75% of the normal speed and just imagine that you're stuck in this place as you do this your hand movements eye movements and even your thoughts will begin to slow down just a little bit and the longer that you remain in this state the more natural it will begin to feel picture James Bond at the bar slowly picking up a drink off the counter bring it up to his mouth and taking a sip this is the calm controlled movements that you must deploy to be smooth in any situation now before we continue you must understand that one of the biggest mistakes that guys make when trying to be smooth is thinking that the clothes make the man there is no doubt that most guys will look good in a nice suit and James Bond is no exception but at the same time your clothes will have almost no effect on how smooth you appear to others which leads us to the fourth step in developing this incredibly useful skill 8 part of being a smooth man is about trusting yourself you have to trust your thoughts your movements and the words that you speak I'm going to let you in on a little secret whatever it is that you're trying to do in life whether it's being more smooth more charming or even more dominant you have to believe it first before anyone else ever will the difference between an average actor and someone like James Bond is just a matter of belief it sounds simple because it is now since I haven't really given you guys any corny matrix references since I started this channel think about this when Neal started to take on an agent for the first time one on one what did Morpheus say he said and I quote he is beginning to believe to be smooth or dominant or anything else you have to first believe that you can pretty much any men on the planet can do this and it doesn't matter if you're in high school college or what your occupation is if we were to break the skill of being smooth down into a single word it would be control being smooth is all about being in control of your mind and body no matter what is going on around you it is about having control over your physical movements making sure that they aren't choppy or abrupt and most of all it's about controlling your emotions and thoughts guys who are smooth are extremely attractive to girls and they are respected and admired by other men because they are able to project an energy that draws people to them and quite literally makes them magnetic here are a few more tips to developing this extraordinary skill in your daily life first do everything mentioned in the previous steps that you just watched second don't allow your emotions to go too high or low in any given situation and remember the James Bond is never emotionally faced by anything and to be smooth you need to be the same third remember that being smooth is all about control so practice controlling your mind and movements in noisy unpredictable environments every single day practice slower controlled movements with your hands your eyes and the words that you speak and with enough
