hi guys welcome to Progressive cakes and nourishment in today's video I'll be showing how I made this beautiful cake from A to Z from the baking decoration trimming and crumb cotton so stick to this using baking powder 2 teaspoons I'm using my vanilla flavor one tablespoon I'm using one Olympic big if you want to measure measure one cup of milk I'm using eight eggs I'm using 400 grams of margarine and sugar I'm using 340 grams this for a baby's cake that is why I added more sugar to it okay I'll be using my mixer today to cream feel free to put in your mixer or you use your turning stick and cream cream a little and you're adding your sugar and continue creaming tea although butter and sugar is looking fluffy it's looking so pale and Light [Music] [Music] take your time to sieve your dry ingredients I've already sieved my flour already I'm going to add my baking powder I'm using two teaspoons of baking powder to my flour I'll sieve it in and incorporate both together [Music] foreign if you're using your hand mixer or your standard mixer to mix make sure you're scraping out the body of the pan so that everything will mix well at once [Music] foreign s and you break one after the other no no break it one after the order to be very sure there is no bad one inside [Music] take your time to whisk your eggs and you allow it to form up you add in your vanilla flavor a tablespoon and you whisk and set aside foreign [Music] sugar is ready it has already doubled in size and it's looking Pearl already so I will remove everything and bring it out carry it with your spatula raise the Top If it fall out you know it's pretty red if you want to run a test on it just back and you see it drops that means it's ready it's time to incorporate other ingredients add a [Music] to add in my milk I'll add everything if you want to measure the milk you can go ahead and measure a cup one cup is okay it's good to go dry and wet ingredients has entered is remaining the be using 300 grams of creams butter and I'll also be using one kg of ice and sugar I'll be using sprinkles that's sky blue color and my lovely sprinkles that is all for the icing sugar and a half tablespoon of vanilla flavor not unseen but right now let's measure out our King's butter that's King's marching or you can call it butter no problem [Music] foreign grams I'll stick it straight to my mixer standing mixer if you have your turning stick you don't have a standing mixer you can use your turning stick and cream this butter but it should is that if you've been following my channel you will notice I hardly use my milk sacks I prefer using my hand to do all the work of the combing so feel free to use your standing mixer hand mixer if you have if you don't have it's okay with your turning stick used to still get a good and lovely result so allow my butter to cream while I start sieving my eyes and sugar is important you sieve your eyes and sugar so avoid those big big lungs use there's a butter we use are you saying the color is really changing that's the target you need to make sure yours change before you start adding your eyes and sugar is very very important right a little of my icing sugar to my margarine and I will mix in I will take my time to do this because I'll be adding my vanilla flavor and also drops of water to help my buttercream look very soft and
