How To Backup Contacts On Android! (2022)

welcome back everyone i'll show you a quick pretty much easy way to go ahead and back up your contacts on your android phone now you can always go into your play store and for some reason this method doesn't work you can always type in like backup contacts like this and you can always find applications that do this i always used to do this whenever i had an android phone and it always worked for me but if you want a stock android approach to do this what you want to do is you want to make your way over to your settings application just like this if you have a pixel or android or samsung you can probably do this too what you want to do is you want to scroll down until you find your google account which is right here so you want to click on google and once you come here you'll see a couple different things that come up but right here you want to get into your backup option so you want to go and click on backup which is right here and you will see a bunch of different things that come up it says back up your phone with google one now when you scroll down it says use your 15 gigabytes of google account source to backup apps and data contacts device settings and you can even click more details and there's more things that can go ahead and back up too so once you come here you can read more about it but you can see that it does help back up your contacts so here you can go and click turn on and what it's going to do is it's going to allow you to go ahead and configure what you want to go ahead and back up so here you can scroll down and you can choose so here you can go ahead and see that with google account data it does go ahead and allow you to enable and sync your contacts so here you can go ahead and disable really anything else you don't want to be associated with your account you can also go back and you can disable no apps data or whatever so you can save a little bit more storage so realistically if you just want to save a bunch of google accounts you know your contacts you can go and just click here and your contacts will now be backed up if you want to restore them you can go and scroll down to setup and restore down here and you can restore contacts by clicking restore contacts and that will go ahead and restore your contacts from there so that's pretty much how to do it if you have any other questions or anything let me know in the comment section below hit the like button know me so much but definitely hit that subscribe button more importantly everything else i love every single one of you guys hopefully i'll catch you guys in the next video peace out until then [Music]
