How to add HDRI as environment background in Blender

Hello this is a quick video to show how to add HDRI environment image to the World in Blender This is the last setting to set the  rough material and the shiny material using  principal BSDF Shader we can find this tutorial in this channel now I delete the shiny metal sphere and then switch off the environment of the World opacity and then I switch the angle to the Y axis , and press home key to zoom all and then we can switch to perspective view I will use this viewport and switch to Shader Editor Switch object to the World and then we can click Shift A to search  environment texture Shift A to add mapping Shi to add texture coordinate we can use Generated connect to Vector  Vector connect to Vector and then color connect to color we can click open to connect the  HDR image and open it and then we can keep the material preview and open the drop-down menu we can check the box of Scene World to show the HDR image this is how we can add HDR image to the World we can rotate it go to Mapping and in the rotation Z, we can adjust the rotation of the HDR image I put it here and I zoom out a bit if you want to add the shadow under the sphere we can add another object I add a plan and move down a bit and scale up at bit to have a shadow make  sure that we switch to render preview and use cycles as a render engine so we got to a shadow under the sphere but we don't want the plane we can go to object properties and then go to Visibility in the Mask, check the box , shadow catcher so we got the shadow under the sphere but we can find that there's some reflection of the plane uncheck glossy, to remove the reflection of the plane after adding camera view we can go to Render this is how we can add HDR image to the World in Blender thank you for watching this video, hope this helps please subscribe this channel, more video will be share with you I'm artist B, see you in the next video, bye-bye
