How To Add A WORKING CAMERA MOD To Your Gorilla Tag Copy!

all right guys welcome back to another video today we're doing a tutorial on how to add a uh a working camera mod to your gorill tag copy now don't mind all this I tried making it before and then I realized that um I the audio wasn't recording but it should work this time I'm I'm going to try to make this click for you guys so you don't have to sit here forever and I don't have to edit forever so let's start okay first you're going to want to get a cube resize it to however you want grab any texture what I'm going to do a gray I'm going to do a gray texture uh and then add a sphere this is where the camera's going to be lying the camera for the camera mod all right when you make your camera mod it shouldn't take too long uh before just before I get to the next part I recommend taking the cube and the sphere creating an empty game pair object and just renaming it to camera camera mod when you're done with this part I'm just going to if you want this uh save package I'll put it in the description I'm going to open this up and in the sphere or wherever you want the camera to be just right click and uh click on camera turn on gizmos and then go close to the camera and just rotate it so it's like I do like 90° I think would work go to the uh you can turn gizmos off go to camera mod and then before I do that I'm going to drag it here so I can make the package and stuff and then I'm going to and then for like the object that shows what the camera is looking at I'm going to do like a little frame thing kind of like project zero so this is like project Zero's camera if you never played that it's it was a fun copy I think it either got taken down or they stopped development on it but it was really fun and they had a camera mod that was similar to this so I'm just going to put holiday red on the background CU I feel like it and this is just this is the a frame for it so there's like a little frame I'm going to drag this out and then I'm going to put purple on it you don't it's it doesn't really matter what kind of texture you put on it I'm just doing this so I can tell the difference cuz it's going to end up showing with the camera saying anyway but what you want to do is right click create it's under uh so go right click create and then render texture I'm going to name this camera mod site thing okay so I just named it that and then I'm going to apply it to here now you might see it turns black before I do that though I'm going to change the dimensions so if you wanted to be really high quality just change like the size of it so I'm going to do uh 2,000 by 2000 that's what I did for this mirror too and it makes it really high quality and then what we want to do what you want to do so go to the camera the camera mod like the little camera sink thing click on camera and where it says render Target render texture just click uh just drag it on your render texture it should show whatever that uh showing and now what you want to do is well before I do that again I'm going to make a empty game parent object okay so what you want to do is go to the link in the description and join my Discord there uh there will be a a uh there will be a little thing down at the bottom now you won't see this this is for boosters only but go down to uh J copy tutorials find camera mod and download the package you want to do is just import the packets and drag out the things they probably W have textures because I want you to add your own textures but for the render texture thing just follow what I did and when you import it and like when you drag it into the scene what you want to do is right click prefab unpack completely and then drag the two things out and then delete the empty game object so the camera site I'm just going to put it in so for the camera site go to your so for so what you want to do is go [Music] to uh go to your okay so go to your offline VR rig and what and whatever hand you want it to be on so I'm going to do it for right hand open it up open rig and then body should already be open if it's not it's fine just open it and then and then open the shoulder so if it's on left open left if it's on right open right and go to where it says Palm one under Palm one drag your I'm going to go scroll up all right so under pal one just place it there so your camera mod whenever you move your hand it uh the thing moves with it wait that's camera sight for camera site what you want to do is go to go to go to player uh open player uh gorilla player and then just put this under my camera so it follows wherever you're looking at and then the camera mod drag it under the hand that I told you to put it under so if it's on the right hand open it to Palm one under hand R if it's for the left do hand L and put it under Palm one and then position it to wherever you want it to be I recommend opening it and selecting the two things you did and just like turning off the Box collider or and the sphere collider for the sphere so you don't like collide with it and then yeah so you got that part so if we if we click play it's not going to show up on the screen right but that's because the uh the the actual camera is in front of the face we'll fix that later but for the camera site if you want it to be exactly like where it should be go to I recommend putting game over here so you can see where it's going and then before I do you should also again same with the uh see with the camera mod select both of these go to inspector and click the that check Buton button so you can't collide with it what you want to do is go to game click play just drag this into where you can see it in the camera and when you're done with that go to inspector and click on the camera site click this the little three of three dots click copy component so that copies everything like the position rotation and scale put this here an inspector just click this paste component values and then it's going to paste it there so as you can see it's right there so whenever you play it will show and then if you want to make a button that enables it and disables it I'm going to delete these two real quick for you guys click on the hat button duplicate that bring it up bring it over and then click on the gizmos button up there the little little dot click on the text and rename it to camera mod or whatever you want to call it but I'm going to call it camera mod cuz that's what it is also do it in all uppercase or it's going to look really weird and then duplicate the this box thing drag it over a little bit and then click here click on the text and rename it to disa disable and yeah for that and then click on both of these click on the uh so the Wardrobe function script click the three buttons and click remove components then on both of these click add component and search that banana OS menu button this is it's not part of the package it's part of like the entire project so on camera mod I'm going to do for press material search up press and choose that for non Mater uh for unpressed material search up plastic and usually it's the first one for button renderer uh what you want to do I'm so on the camera mod the enabled one uh where it says button render just drag on the button and then for disabled drag on the disabl the button and it's the same for the disabled one search up press pressed plastic and then yeah you already got that there for this for enable click on it twice drag on uh for the first one drag on camera site and then drag on the camer like the camera object and then for disable add to for disable and do the same thing drag on camera mod drag on camera site and then I what I would recommend so it's not on immediately when you play the game disable the camera mod and the camera mod site I call it site because that's what it is file save and then when you click play as you see you don't have it but if I go to camera mod click test press as you can see it enables the camera mod stuff and if I
