[Music] they have dough tomato sauce cheese and toppings just like the ordinary pizzas but these ones are made by a very special baker patsy the world's first autonomous pizza robotic [Music] um [Music] and his team spent over seven years developing the project investing millions of euros the aim was consistent quality with less staff the robot in paris can handle nearly everything alone customers place orders on their smartphones or via a terminal the employees are only there to provide personal contact time to get baking first the robot makes the crust out of fresh dough then it adds the tomato sauce the robot cannot cut up the ingredients for the toppings once the pizza is ready it goes into the oven it's then slipped into a box and cut into slices [Music] after less than five minutes customers can pick up the finished pizza from a window the setup may look simple but it involved highly complex technology complexity technologies [Music] skills the robot learned to bake pizzas in part from thierry graffanino a three-time world pizza champion he writes the recipes selects the ingredients and ensures there's high quality dough and since it has to be prepared fresh each day the dough is the biggest [Music] patsy is a little attraction in itself but the pizza which sells for 7 to 14 euros seems to be popular as well it's really yummy in italy but patsy isn't meant to replace conventional pizza bakers like these ones in naples thierry guffanino simply sees his robot as a new different way to make pizza a triple champion [Music] actually there are currently two patserias in the paris area and further restaurants with pizza making robots are set to open abroad as well [Music]
