How The Market Crashed (Last Time)

today many are left wondering where all of this goes when will the relief in the housing market begin and is it true that a crash is coming to end this massive Super Bubble that has been raging since 2012. well in my opinion to answer these questions we have to begin with a bit of History going to February of 2012 the housing market in the United States was at a point where it reached a bottom following what was the worst real estate crash since the Great Depression with interest rates nearing all-time lows and unemployment nearing all-time highs the market began its slow recovery back this period was interesting for a couple of reasons through the lens of the seasonally adjusted case Schiller the market wouldn't recover to the Pico 6 price until December of 2016. this shows that once the market began to turn it wouldn't make a comeback for over 10 years spending five of those years with prices Free Falling most people like to remember the 2008 crash as something that happened overnight on Wall Street but it was a very slow-moving train wreck that took years to play out
