a look at the spymaster or the juror tempest federation sewer as usual we'll be going over his story powers and abilities to see just how powerful he really is now there will be spoilers for soyuz brothers now after joining rimro zoe along with the other ogres would become the third group of monsters to be given names by him and this caused them to evolve into key genes boosting soul's power to a calamity class threat level besides gaining a boost in power he also inherited some of rimro's extra skills like body double and this allows him to create up to six clones which can be fully consciously controlled by him regardless of distance however they only have one tenth of his original powers and the clones cannot use any of his skills sticky steel tracks was another skill he learned and he was so proficient at using the skills that it became his signature way of fighting shadowstep was the last of the extra skill that he acquired and he easily mastered it using it to travel great distances with little effort on a side note when rimron was building the tempest hot springs he answered it to help transport the hot water from a far away volcanic hot spring with shadowstep which he did but in tanzania we see that zoe has secretly diverted some of the hot water into his own home and i just thought it was funny and really showed his cunning nature i guess that's why he was appointed as the new spymaster but initially he just mainly did scouting work and providing security for the town during the events of the og disaster we saw how powerful he has grown because when he was sent ahead to scout he encountered the yet to be named soka fighting a group of fox zoe was given permission to help her so he easily disposed of the orcs and afterwards he was ordered to rescue the lizardman chieftain as well after the og disaster was defeated rimro officially formed the juror tempest federation and soy was appointed as the leader of the tempest intelligence bureau his job now included information gathering investigating people providing surveillance of protection for key figures but most importantly listening into whispers or gossips about rimro and the tempest federation so we later would receive some additional help when sokka and royal guards offered to join tempest and work for him remove accepted their offer and gave them names which caused them to evolve into dragon news but they obtained a more human appearance unlike her brother gabriel soka would go on to form the dark shadow a branch organization of the intelligence bureau with her as the leader and the answer only to rimro or survey later in the story the dark shadow would grow to a force of around 100 members which all had red levels that range from the hazard to the calamity level with a few being at the disaster level that said zoe and his dark shadow were able to quickly become quite skilled in spying and combating foreign spies as well they were able to stop the efforts of henrietta one of the top intelligence officers on the kingdom of dragon and even detecting spies from the blumen kingdom which is considered to be a country famous for information gathering but despite becoming better spies soho and his forces could not prevent the formal farming attack on tempest because they were outside of the anti-magic barrier when the attack happened luckily we will return and during the accounted attack zoe and his forces were sent to handle the enemies in the south after the farmer farming fell removes harvest festival started and all his in gathering information and it also allows him to cause disruptions towards the enemy additionally he also acquired a few new skills thanks to rimmel's food chain like multi-layer barrier magic sands steel strength coercion and his shadow step had even evolved into spatial travel he also reached the disaster class threat level after he acquired his gifts and evolved into the fair only now when it came time to fight demolog clayman the main tempest army was sent to intercept his army while sulway hakura and shuna went to investigate his castle in the public nation g-staff when they arrived they were stopped by the white king a diamond and soe had to fight one of his minions a death dragon under normal circumstances sower would have easily defeated the death dragon because of his shadow striker skill that can counter semi's spiritual life forms however the soul of the dragon resided in a dominant so no matter how many times zoe managed to kill it he would just constantly regenerate that's why he focused on distracting the dragon while letting shuna handle a diamond and she managed to defeat him in the end after the war with clement ended hinata sakaguchi and several members of the 10th grade saints had arrived in tempest to negotiate but because of the schemes of the seven celestial sages a fight had broken down between them sowei was present during this confrontation and he had fought against the water scene later and she has considered to be an enlightened human who has a climatic class threat level this battle was certainly interesting because yes zoe did defeat her but the way he did it is kind of weird apparently he had bound her with his strings and tortured her but somehow she developed a crush towards him afterwards i have no idea how or why but i guess she is just a masochist but anyways when rimrou was invited to the kingdom in gracia to meet with the western council soleil benimaru and shuna were brought along with him however the meeting was interrupted by an unknown sniper and soy quickly went after the culprit despite it being the first time that he was dealing with firearms he still managed to track down the culprit glenda atlee one of the previous members of the 10 great saints she's a powerful other worder they are summoned by the russo family and she is easily at the level of a disaster class so we easily defeated glenda utte let her use all her attacks on his body double because he wanted to scope out her skills she was then brought in for interrogation and after ringro removed the summoning curse that bound her he decided to spare her life she actually asked to join tempest and she was placed under the chaos survey as another member of the dark shadow moving on during the initial eastern empire attack zoe was absent throughout the battle because he was serving as one of rumors bodyguards when the eastern empire attack ended rimro held a reward ceremony but sadly zoe was not eligible to awaken as a true demon lord so he did not receive anything during the ceremony however because of his bond with benimaru and the fact that he used to be his retainer he indirectly received the blessing from benimaru's evolution which allowed him to evolve from affair only into a dark spirit only after his evolution he was part of the raiding party that bordered the airship of emperor rudra during the second eastern empire attack on the airship they would face the remaining imperial near guards of the emperor and zoe's opponent was the ranked number four garner gartner was at the level of a saint and he could use parallel existence a more powerful version of body double because this skill doesn't create clones it creates a separate entity with a shared consciousness which basically means there are two of the users existing at the same time a parallel existence can also use all the user skills like normal but when the body is created the maximum amount of magnitudes between the main body and the other body is halved so normally users can only maintain one parallel existence unless you have an insane amount of magical reserves going back to the batter zoe was the first to deal a killing blow when he fired a magical bullet infused with the subscales in starkill and ultra acceleration using the water p99 that remove gave him however the gartner he defeated was just a parallel existence and the real body had managed to pierce through zoe's chest now this is where the batter gets a bit dumb because surprise the zoe gardner defeated was just a body double and the real one was hiding all this time so this time for real so we pierced the heart of the real gardener before he died garner put all his life force into the parallel existence and attacked somewhere hoping to at least take zoey down with him so we realized he couldn't dodge the attack and he was prepared to take it when the voice of tsu had reached out to him she offers away the power of the ultimate gift moon king tsukiomi and this caused his body double to evolve into parallel existence so we quickly summoned a parallel existence to take his place while he unleashed a thousand hands attack to trap gartner and swallowing him into the shadows winning the battle now as for the ultimate gift it has a total of 9 sub-skills and 4 the sub-skills were originally from his unique skill shadow striker that was incorporated into this although espionage did evolve into isle of the moon it now allows him to manipulate shadows that are capable of covering large areas while providing sight and sound as well but it can also be used for assassination as for the rest of the sub-skills we have universal perception multi-layer barrier mental manipulation and spatial manipulation and evolved version of spatial travel finally like i said he also acquired a parallel existence as a sub-skill but he only has enough magic used to create one body additionally removed gave him the official title dakshinobi as a reward later on and with his ultimate gift soho now has an existence value of 1 281 000 making him part of the super working class now after the eastern empire fell removed and the members of the octagram were preparing for fandom king feldway's adventure attack however sole was not assigned to any of the demilos because they are serving as remus as god so he managed to take part in some of the upcoming battles like when demolo leon cromwell was attacked by felt weight removed and sowed went to el dorado to provide support where soleil fought against one of the awakened angels ariels because arya's had gained a body he was now at the super awaken level and even possessed the ultimate skill king of execution which the mana smiker managed to recover after kondo's defeat despite arya's being more powerful than solar he was able to outsmart arya's by using the same trick he used on glenda he used his parallel existence to first draw out ariel's attacks and when he lowered his guard so he fired his gun from the shadows arus was defeated but he somehow survived soloist attack and managed to escape with his allies after the battle in el dorado sowet also followed rumro when they went to the holy void dharma ghanian the domain of dimilot dagrude to assist ultima although not much happened here the most commendable thing that happened here was soer living a parallel existence outside while he stayed hidden inside a remote shadow because of this he did not suffer any serious damage from the mana smiker when he attacked everyone using the suspended world showing how cautious and prepared he was but yeah that's everything on soe so far and although benimaru might be more popular than him in tempest i still think zoe is definitely the bigger chat when it comes to girls i mean the dude somehow made a good fall for him by using torture and it still sounds super sus to me jokes aside though i like how despite always being behind the scenes he still plays such a major role in the story and his skills as a spy has definitely helped the tempest federation grow in a lot of ways he really is the perfect shadow and i hope we'll get to see more of him in future volumes overall i
