Catalpa Street then your destination will be on the right turn right oh right here oh there is a school yeah I think so is Ridgeview by over here nope nope what do you call your destination is on the right this one yes oh wow this is a nice house so guys we are here at the house and we're gonna get in they need to clean this if we get together house they need to clean it up and I'm gonna try to get in in a bit so guys this is called a self-guided tour whereby they sent you the instructions uh on your phone and you will get to be able to tour the home by yourself without no agent um this is the house and this is the entrance right from the entrance you get to go through the stairs and this is a three bedroom house and uh two bath house and this is what I've been looking for and the rent I'm gonna be telling you that of this video uh this being the living room and here comes the kitchen um right here is the kitchen and I love this kitchen because I love white kitchen I just hope I get this house because White is my thing any day anytime anywhere can you turn on the lights there yeah over there oh so this being um a white cabinet home my God I can fall easily for this one I like white cabinets because I like cleanliness as you y'all know I am a doctor for what doctor these are basic refrigerator yeah and like I have been telling you guys uh in America uh whenever you rent out a house or you lease a home I mean they come with some Basics and some of the basics is that like these are basically refrigerator can you close it and it is a good size not a small size as you can see it's a good size it's a big uh refrigerator it's not the fancy ones but it's still gonna do the work actually I'm not that one person who cooks a lot of food and put in the refrigerator most of the time I cook each and every day and this is the backyard of the home oops how do I open this I need help um I think it's blocked okay yeah this is the backyard the small deck and this is where you can uh come and rest can you hold him for me he's holding my my legs and you can go down here and get to kids can play here it's fenced and on this other side is the other side of the road and you see all these glass evaton it comes back because we are in winter there are no grass all you can see are the trees uh trying to shed leaves and stuff but if at all it's dueling the summer time and you need to cut glass then it has to be me who gonna be doing this if they are not offering that um that service I'm gonna be the one doing it so let's take a look at the bedrooms and the bathrooms uh so from the deck you get into the living area maybe here you can make it a small eatery place or a small car dining area um I am coming from a very big house and I you don't know how much I have desired to be in a Jester and a house that is enough not too big and not too small because also I need space in as much as I do need um a smaller house I also need the space so each and every house will come with a dishwasher and it looks like they just replaced this one um here's the dishwasher and it looks so new um and also each and every house will come with a stove like this one they call them stove here I know you call them cookers whichever luggage you use all the same it means the same thing and it will also come with a microwave on the wall a big one um like this one you see so these these are some of the stuff that comes with the house at any house in each and every house sometimes they won't have the refrigerator but they will have told you on the description uh of the house and yeah I like a house that has two sinks because I like I like it when I can wash and then rinse all together okay if you would want to have a look at the cabinets and this is they are very nice uh this is like something newly done the countertops they are awesome awesome I can't wait to little kid here I can't wait to move here another okay the rocket is coming from another state or staff these are the cabinets that they have there are a lot of them a lot of storage and yeah they are clean before you move into any house here they have to clean it like professionally clean it and that's why I keep telling people cleaning job uh you're gonna get lots of jobs because people move and also also um they are people who love their home being cleaned professionally by professionals and that is why we do what we do so away from that let's go to room so the storage areas or the cabinets they are these much all of them are white oh my God I can't wait to move here and have such a clean a clean kitchen so yeah and also they have some here here and now let's go to the bedrooms maybe to my surprise uh this is a storage whereby you can put some Towers or whatever you want to put in there this is the AC by the wall and here is the hallway coming from the kitchen to the bedrooms they don't look like they are so big at the look of things but you know what oh my God this is such a small bedroom here uh but I think that's okay and I'm gonna see the the closets they're here not too big they're not too big and um I'm gonna show you the hallway bathroom here oh God this is a big one this is a big bathroom a big bathroom the bedrooms are small like the one I just saw they're small but I love the bathrooms the bathroom is the hallway bathroom it looks all good and I love it um the thing is I have to see the master bedroom to be able to make a decision because that is where me and my baby gonna be enough um I like the bathroom I like the kitchen so far but let's see if I'm gonna like the West light and this needs to turn on yeah so I'm gonna see if I will fight the bedroom being a good size if not I'm gonna change my bed from a queen size bed to a full-size bed as long as I'm just looking for something that's gonna work for us because I do not wish to I do not wish to keep hunting for a house and the houses are very expensive for all this time and um I just want something that can work for me and me I go for houses rather than duplexes oh Apartments because I love privacy and I would just want to to get something that is um we have our own space so that's why I love um house is more than Apartments because they can give me the Privacy that I want and I need my kids to feel at home without distractions from this one from other people and when we we are in our house even though we are running it is our house and we feel at home because um nobody is next to us or something like that and now I'm gonna go downstairs to the uh basement and see what they got there the rooms are just enough they are not that big but we're gonna improvise maybe we're gonna have to find um some some full bed instead of this is the stairs down to the basement so from the door from the front door you come down you go down and this is the basement area and they have another room here so this is a plus for me I do not pay a house more the rooms look like this is just the the funnest area um this is another whole whole big living room in the basement oh wow I love these looks so good and here you can have the entertainment room and the play area for my baby so to me I think this is not a bad one it's not a bad deal and I might take it for the fact that my child can come here and have somewhere to play and they have a bathroom here oh wow I love these they have a bathroom here so if you are in the uh play area you can also have somewhere to help yourself if need be and I love please I love it so um this is the basement and I'm gonna see what they have here oh this now is the if it's a computer room I would say the control unit area I mean it is not computer so here you can have the laundry hook up over there where you see the pipe and this is also the water heater and see so guys this is how it looks like you're gonna be having to do our laundry here and the room is just okay looks clean and I love it and I think I think they had a install a new carpet and I love how clean the house looks like and I'm gonna see where this leads to I'm thinking it to the garage it's not even opening oh it's locked garage but it's not from from the from the way to the garage yeah okay but then we don't even need to see it okay turn off all the lights so guys that is uh summary of what we're gonna be getting um and the house is going for 15.95 which means sixteen hundred dollars a month and I would say it's a good deal because it's way around my budget and I didn't want to I didn't want to keep on paying uh two thousand plus dollars for a house I don't think I really need that so if all goes well we will probably end up here and this is gonna be our next home and our neighbors here and it doesn't look like a bad street and Olathe is a good place in Kansas to live
