she's probably married you are fully in control is you're just having to deal with a lot of mental emotional and physical pain all at the same time men don't really understand what that is because it's very rare for someone to feel all of those things all in one go yeah so you've got understand that like if we're having a bad day and we snap at you yeah we're on our period but like also probably done something wrong we've also yeah you probably done something wrong and you're trying to just deal with it all and like a snap is is really us controlling our emotions when all of those things and it just slips a bit mm-hmm in my year nine German class my period had started that that morning and I just get the worst cramps and I actually passed out from the pain that's really when how long do you think a period lasts for about four days yeah four to eight days over a general like an average period how much blood do you think is lost half point half a pint ah blood oh my god the past on average in the UK it takes seven and a half years sweet I like nice why does it take so long because a lot of the time I'll just put it down to bad like period pains a lot of the time and it should be also not just a science thing like in biology it needs to be more about also the emotional side of things and like the lifestyle side of things as opposed to the womb sheds every twenty eight yeah yeah yeah I also just think guys should ask more questions and women should feel more comfortable talking about it with with with men men like co-workers friends like before I used to you know stuff tampons down my sleeve but now I feel like you just need to just hold it like it's not a big deal mmm like none of us would be here if you know periods didn't exist because that's all a part of like the reproductive cycle so really it's thanks to various that men are who they asked exist next time you're on your period and you have a fake eye thing what should I get you I just
