partum body I know I have all of the above were things that I was basically going through I just got sick of it one day I'm gonna be showing with you realistically everything that I did so if you're interested in seeing how I went from this on day one to this on day seven you make sure you thumbs up this video subscribe to my channel and continue I have a video out where I showed you guys how you can see bloat your stomach and burn belly fat overnight using vicks vapor rub right before day one I did my overnight belly wrap just to help me bloat my stomach so that could start this little seven day journey day 1 to day 7 is everything that I'm gonna show you right now so in a typical day when I wake up in the morning the first thing that I like to drink is apple cider vinegar I've shared with you guys me doing apple cider vinegar weight loss right after I had my baby and I lost 10 pounds in just the week I will link that video along with everything that I say in this video down in the description box below so make sure you check it out after watching this whole video the apple cider vinegar with the mother in it you wanted to have the mother without the mother it will not do anything to your body you will not get the gut moving at 8 ounces of warm water to the cup along with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice to this water mix it around and I am going to drink the entire thing I do advise to drink it through a straw so that it doesn't hit your teeth and mess up de enamel okay so this cup I love this cup is perfect it is reusable I'll link it down below as well if you're interested in it so I drink the entire thing and this is actually replacing My Morning Joe you guys know if you follow me I love coffee and instead of drinking the coffee for the 7 days I drank this and I'm telling you this apple cider vinegar helped me before and it set me Lee helped me during this little seven day journey mixed with the lemon it does justice even more at the help with the bloating and just hope to get my digestive system moving which is something that I battled with before as well the next thing I like to do after about maybe an hour have some breakfast a lot of you guys were asking me what should I eat during this weight loss journey what should I eat if I'm gonna be doing this belly wrap things eating is very important that's why we're probably in this mess that we are with all this weight gain but it can also be hard to figure out what to eat and realistically I'm gonna show you what I eat I try to just put together whatever I can in the house and just pick the healthy option I don't count any calories at all because I don't really have time for that I will later on down the line but I don't focus on that I just focus on what is good for my body and just me feeling full - boiled eggs with chicken Vienna sausages one full can is a serving and this is a serving that's about seven Vienna sausages just put a little bit of black pepper on it and I eat it and it actually makes me feel pretty full this is just one breakfast option I'm gonna give you guys a lot more options when I do my what I eat and a video so look out for that like to consume my breakfast with room temperature water I do want to mention that throughout this whole seven days journey I did not consume any juice sodas things of that nature contain a lot of sugars and you actually get the sugar is your body more faster opposed to eating it when you drink it it just hits your body like that so no juice is allowed in this sorry so I was eating my breakfast I like to do my workout and this is the most important part of the day because this is where the body begins to get snatched okay never really showed you my entire routine what I like to do right at home you don't even need a gym very simple what I've been doing through these past seven days and I've seen results I'm at down on the floor and as you can see my area is pretty small so there's no excuses you don't need a big old wide space to do this so it's very important to stretch before your workout I've already been doing three ab exercises 100 crunches 100 crunches I like to break it up into 2 sets of 50 so I do 50 reps take a rest and then I do the other side then I go right into my leg lift this is the part that I feel like helped so much because it's really targeting that lower belly fat that almost all of us are having an issue in but it hurts it's hard so I just hold on to something 50 leg lifts because these are tough I do behind sets of 10 reps because after doing 10 it just hurts but I do it slip over and I jump it's a plane I only do 1 minute 60 seconds of plank I do two sets one set of 30 reps and then the second set and literally that is my ab exercises that I've done and then seriously this really helped so much then I jump into a little bit of glutes and legs simply by doing some sumo squats with 8 pound weights I will link these weights down below if you're interested and this burn I just with the weights added it burns I do 100 reps of it ok 2 sets of 50 using the weights and really adds that burn so I'm working out the glutes and the legs at the same time and then I go into my cardio and I like to do my DIY bellieve apps that I've shared with you guys actually I either use the Vicks VapoRub rap or the Al Bellini and I've shared both with you guys I'll link the videos down below that I believe makes me sweat profusely evicts now I've seen more of a flatter stomach I prefer the vapor up so I take the vapor room and I use that from my belly wrap put on my waist trainer without which I will also link down below and this helps me to sweat keep my back straight this just helps tying everything and I do my 20 minutes of cardio on the Bowflex you can do any type of cardio that you can within your household the gym whichever you prefer you can do jump rope you can do jumping jacks I'm doing the both legs because I have a both legs on hand at home praise God I will link it down below I do 5 of the treadclimber part of the Bowflex first which is kind of like a Stairmaster in a sense of extra 15 minutes of walking and running on a speed of three so it's it's hard I'm not gonna lie so I walk for one minute then I run for one ministry and I keep alternating until I finished my 15 minutes and altogether it's 20 minutes of cardio and I'm sweating crazily and when I take off that belly van y'all oh my god you've seen me do it a million times but I really really loved it if you have it in the right time choosing a size for your waist trainer I just say to go with what your natural t-shirt sizes whatever you can fit comfortably and not something let's meet hula so my natural t-shirt size is a medium so I do a medium and a waist trainer now after completing my entire workout consume a protein shake this protein shake has really helped me because of what I put into my protein shake and I'm gonna share with you guys and it left me feeling full and great you can even use it as a milk replacement like say on a day you're not even working out my favorite protein to use is this whey protein I will link it down below it is my favorite oh my god has so many different flavors this one is the chocolate peanut butter they have cookies and cream vanilla strawberry and the list goes on it's very very affordable and it comes with so much protein in this bottle and you don't have to use a blender you can use this pub it's like a one of those shaky cups it literally shakes it for you it doesn't get down to the nitty gritty like a plant like a blender but this is what you could use like on the go and it really mixes everything just the same I'll link it down below as well so I put in one scoop of the protein eight ounces of almond milk and add in whatever you want you can even add water if you want first thing that my boyfriend actually put me onto was adding oats to my protein which has made me feel more fuller no lie I'm just gonna add one tablespoon of oat milk now this next ingredient I'm actually used before but I've never thought to put it in my protein and that's mockup out maca root about a lot of its mercy you need to get this if you haven't it has so much benefits I just add in one teaspoon you don't need that much because it's very strong it's very strong less is more when it comes to there's no lie it reduces erectile dysfunction boosts its energy and endurance which I'm feelin y'all increases fertility improves mood reduces blood pressure reduces sun damage fights free radicals induces hunger and that was one of the big things that I really appreciate about this maca root and then I pour it in my cup and I drink that thing and I drank it all up one shot you don't want to play don't play with your protein you need it you just burned mad fat just sweat crazy you need it you better shoot it back you don't don't take more than 10 minutes to consume your protein after working out or it's like pointless all right along with that I like to eat a fruit mostly bananas to me bananas are filling so I like to pair my protein shake with a banana and no lie I feel full this combination right here makes me feel pretty full if I were to ever get hungry between now and dinner I would have another food firstnet board Apple do have a glass of water about 16 ounces of water after that because you gotta hydrate your body always hydrate your body B's right now it's like 6 p.m. and it's time for dinner have a private site build up know and I'm not gonna lie to you guys I'm Caribbean my family's Jamaican so I'm just showing you guys what I would eat this specific day I was even soul fish so fish and banana all right I would love to have a something in there but that's like flour it is just not cool I'm just gonna have some soul fish with a yellow banana I'm gonna have some greens so it's basically my dinner it's pretty filling it's healthy if I just feel great ok this particular day I'm just having selfish I'm not telling you to go out there and get you some selfish it's up to you I've eaten a lot of different things I have chicken salmon I have tilapia all type of things but this night I just filmed it and I had so okay and of course I'm gonna have my dinner with a glass of room-temperature water no juice I wanna throw out there is that I do not eat after 8 p.m. I try my best not to eat after 8 p.m. try to get my dinner in before 8 p.m. it all depends on what your schedule is that was my issue before I used to snack a lot and eat a lot eat heavy meals big meals after 8:00 sometimes 2 o'clock in the morning I was eating a snicker bar and I think that's where these things was happening because I went to sleep so late I would eat so late because I'm up brings me into my next thing I would go to sleep by 10:00 p.m. you need to start to go to sleep early because you won't be up to feel hungry you won't be up to eat and it will also be well rested but which actually brings down your stress levels which will actually people that is already keeping up with me I hope I'm not throwing out too much at you I didn't eat after 8:00 and I tried my very best to go to bed by 10:00 and I also put me to sleep with me at 10:00 - so we were we were just knocked out and then I woke up early and started it all over again before I go to bed I like to have another apple cider vinegar drink so I do the same thing I did in the morning which is a 1 tablespoon with the lemon juice and this helps me to keep the bloating down because obviously throughout the day I'm gonna consume some salt this is literally everything that I did for seven days obviously every day is gonna be different as far as what I choose to eat because this is just realistically what happens I don't get stuck on what the scale says I don't get stumped on calories I just tried to pick healthier options stay hydrated with water do my workouts and don't
