How I Fixed Her Botched Breasts After Her Surgeon Duct Taped Her For Months!

how did one woman who wanted larger breasts end up topless on a picnic table in the middle of winter with her husband duct taping her chest over and over again and what did I do about it well let's meet her and find out this is my patient Joyce she is a beautiful 69-year-old woman who has b cup breasts and would like to be a deup I um always wanted to have larger breasts ever since I was a teenager I felt that my breast weren't the size appropriate for the rest of my body now this is actually very common there are some people who think that women who want implants just want to go large and be double D's but that's not always the case so Joyce looked online and found a plastic surgeon in Florida now I know what you're thinking all the crazy stories of botch plastic surgery and injecting cement into the buttock and all this crazy stuff always seems to come out of Florida and we found a doctor in Miami that do a fat transfer so why did she pick fat transfer over implants well Joyce decided that she wanted to go natural and avoid implants and so she opted for fat transfer or fat grafting but when you inject fat into the breast this often happens just didn't last fat transfer is performed by lipos suctioning fat from the tummy the hips the thighs pretty much wherever you don't want it that fat is purified and then reinjected into the breast so so technically it is more natural than implants but one of the main issues is that only about 30 to 50% of the fat that is injected will survive I went to him three times had three different fat transfers of course the Lipo section was really bad when you do it three times your stomach's about had enough now in addition to the fact that not much fat will stay into the breast my main issue with fat grafting into the breasts as a way to essentially just augment the breast cosmetically is at 1 in seven to nine women will get breast cancer in their lifetime and we've learned that fat is chalk full of stem cells so what happens when you inject a bunch of stem cells into the breasts which do have a risk of cancer just because unfortunately of the type of tissue they are and is there any possibility that that could increase a woman's risk of breast cancer in their lifetime honestly we don't really know when you come out of surgery after the fat transfer you're all taped up and it holds your breasts up it's stuck right to your skin all over in the front and down the back of your shoulders now maybe I'm ignorant but I have never heard of this there are all sorts of bras that we recommend as plastic surgeons for our patients to wear after breast surgery but I've never heard of a plastic surgeon putting tape all over the breasts there's got to be a better way than that and the last time I went he had actually stapled some areas of the tape to my skin and then forgot where he stapled it who Staples tape to a person especially to their breasts which are really sensitive in order to get the tape off you have to use acetone and it was Winter we heat with wood the inside of the house had all the fumes in there and we didn't want to cause fire we went outside on our picnic table and my dear husband shoveled off the snow and uh helped me up onto the picnic table and laid me down you have to let it dry so he covers me up some and then he rapes me and then takes me back inside okay so after having her husband tape her breasts in the middle of winter in the middle of the snow on a picnic table topless where her neighbors could see her she took all the tape off and after three surgeries still did not have much larger breasts so after this Joyce decided to come see me in consultation so here are before photos of Joyce and you can see she is a bit droopy and her breasts are not the size she wants them to be So the plan is to make her breasts larger as well as lift them and bring the nipples in the entire breast up into a higher position so now let's see what she looks like in the marking appointment prior to the operation so here's her markings for the operation the plan is to use a 450 CC implant on her right breast and a 425 on the left breast her nipples are down here they're covered by the coverings and we're going to move them up here bringing everything in together are you so excited about today I am really excited about today it's been a long time coming for you hasn't it I want to have the final results and know that they're there and not have to do it again exactly so we'll take great care of you today uh it's going to take a few hours but to you it's looks real good uh whenever you put the implants under the muscle they always start off kind of high they look a little strange and then the lift makes them look a little flat on the bottom and as last thing I went through you're feeling great yeah feel really good what's surprising to me is I look down and I actually see the breasts whereas you know when you take all that tape off from before it seemed like every couple months they were getting smaller and smaller and smaller I always felt from the time I was a teenager in high school that my breast did not fit the breast of my body and
