How I Do Expert TOA Raids Using 0 Brews or Restores

this is the Charis partisan of the sun it has an amazing special effect which at the cost of 50 prayer points and 75 special attack can fully heal the player up to 20 above base hit points as well as cure Venom and restore drain stats this helps conserve supplies since you can get by with only using prayer potions instead of Brews and super restores which is obviously great for Ironman not only that but when used at the right times it can provide more healing overall than Brews and even save you from dicey situations this item is key to my uim expert TOA runs but first I need to make my way up to expert mode I've currently been sitting at around 250 invocation level and usually finish those raids with leftover supplies no problem I decided to slowly work my way up to 300 imitation by doing a few 260s and 270s this went uh pretty well for the most part after getting comfortable with those I finally bit the bullet and set up my invocations for an insanity 300 expert and now let's get into the live recordings from here on out I hope you guys enjoy my journey in learning Insanity expert raids foreign man I'm kind of pissed that was 3704 and I had the three down for some reason I thought I had more leeway but I just missed one tick uh during the first down and the length of time that the warden is down is based on the missing HP so if you don't do enough damage during the first down it won't stay down very long the second down so was not able to finish it off it was kind of sad because like my only like DPS weapon besides the DDS is claws so I wasn't able to do much damage when I ran out of spec right I think it's about time I try it in an insanity run my curiosity is getting the best of me I feel like it's doable um you know just be rough but I do have the yellow partisan so I could save that for the end so here's the invocations I currently have it's similar to what I've been using but I had to turn a few off put Insanity on of course and turned a couple others off I think yeah I turned Mine The Gap off no time invocation so I can take my time a little worried about prayer though I might take only one brew and four restores because like if if I get low I could always use the partisan spec oh and I don't think I mentioned this is an expert raid um at level 300 and this is my first expert solo attempt on this account all right let's go ahead and use the thing spec oh that's beautiful look at that healing oh that's so nice there we go okay that's all the uh Demi bosses complete pretty easily I didn't even touch my Brew so I might actually um after this raid death bank and just bring prayer pots um I think I have room to do that yeah I have one extra backspace so I could bag these two and take the prayer pots out and maybe can just partisan spec like I think that's actually going to be ideal but now it's time for the fun part the insanity Wardens oh my God it's so fast I have to organize my inventory [Music] [Music] okay I did all the skulls perfectly nice it's huge just focus don't die he got it [Music] last row [Music] no no oh I'm so mad that's the run over I have to leave the raid I can't it's it's a soft core but I can't complete the raid oh my God I drank look how much Ambrosia I had I'm so pissed I had three Ambrosia doses I thank you oh my God I somehow managed to do that with like three restore Doses and two doses of Brew oh my God I don't know how man [Music] well if you couldn't tell I am very tilted by those two failed runs in a row but I'd still want to learn insanity and I still want to practice it so I'm just gonna enable insanity and then make all the other invocations lower so I think this is gonna be good a 200 level raid but with Insanity on so I got I took acceleration and penetration off I took aerial salt off and deadly prayers off and and walk the path off should be some pretty quick runs and so hopefully I get some good practice in here obviously Insanity will be significantly harder in a expert mode raid because of all the extra defense in HP hopefully this at least can be used to the Rhythm and actually using my Ambrosia doses at the right times and not just dying well that was that was extremely rough like seriously I almost died just trying to get my damn inventory sorted because for some reason jagex still won't let you open the supply bag while you're in combat I guess it's engine work oh my God but I did an insanity but it was again just a 200. starting to get a little bit used to it like it's actually still tough even in the 200. um so I definitely should practice low on vacation Insanity a little bit more I think and uh that's decent I guess well I went ahead and bagged my super restores and Brews and got out the prayer pots so I'm just gonna start doing this method from now on where you just use a lot of prayer and just use partisan specks to heal I haven't really been using that many Brews even at the couple of 300 invocations that I tried not only that but it's also much better to use prayer pots than restorers because I have like 5 000 doses of prayer pots but I only have 1600 restore doses plus my Brews are getting kind of low again too holy holy dude I don't know how the hell I missed that skull like what the hell I just did the exact same thing as normal I guess I'm just rushed because I'm so nervous right now oh my god dude holy crap that was actually that felt so much harder despite only being 30 levels higher I don't want to milk the chest let's just see it yeah it's white hey Acacia runes it has been a very long time since I've seen that 1800 sold runes okay that's pretty good [Music] oh my god dude that was tough also I think I'm missing an Ambrosia yeah I used all my Ambrosia holy crap 250 Insanity deathless completed oh my God I can't imagine that with 50 more info I guess I'm getting a little bit more confident I just drank coffee too so I'm like really really shaky no purple though hey another casharoons holy crap that's pretty cool and in it we get a more Soul runes yet again that was the cleanest I've ever felt doing an insanity like I did use one Ambrosia dose but I still had three remaining and like my hands weren't shaking like I was dodging stuff really well um I don't think I got hit by any of the tile things at all damn white chest white chest but that felt really clean that honestly felt so clean and that's a 260. four magic seeds what the hell is that dude [Music] oh my God oh my what just happened dude I must have dragged my melee weapon oh my God oh my God I don't know how but this is the same run I obviously didn't make time so I lost 10 points but that was the scale of a 260 and with like one salt and like three doses Ambrosia and like barely any brew and a few restores I made it through with one death I was actually doing so well at the end there all right was that in time oh yeah that was really good time I set the timer vacation and it was a 270 raid and I got 36 and 36 minutes 13 seconds wow I was doing some pretty good dodging I feel much more comfortable with his Insanity now so I'm probably going to uh switch to expert mode pretty soon and white chest of course on this rate I actually figured out how to trap the melee so that's kind of useful he does heal a little bit but it's not very much at all I'm definitely out dpsing it so not having to worry about praying against it or killing it is kind of nice actually I have yet to complete a solo expert mode so hopefully we can do it now I'm feeling a little bit more comfortable with insanity and then I will be adding walk the path again um I was trying to avoid walk the path because it does make the raid a little bit longer but I couldn't really find any good implications to get to expert mode without walk the path on please no the point's gonna kill me I have to redo this room with just one set of prayer and I don't know how to pray flick both Styles like this is gonna be insane man thank you yep I died to poison 250k I'm probably gonna go skill or something for the next like three months [Music] oh my God I think that's it okay sweet I made it to Wardens [Music] foreign [Music] oh my God oh my God oh my God that was so close I have one dose of Ambrosia left my first solo expert mode holy crap my first solo expert mode oh my God I kept like missing my cloth specs dude I was so much more nervous than in the 270 it's crazy it's like the fact that it's my first one is what's making me nervous and it's a white chest um that's all right though um torstos and Toad flax Snapdragon seeds would have been nice or Bernards but that's pretty cool too we'll take it wow level 250 insanity and I still have three rows of tiles left so that was a pretty clean kill there uh Snapdragon seeds yes that's so good finally no sad dude I am failed to two down he's one hell I guess I just didn't have enough spec for some reason I'm going too fast I am sad oh wow I wasn't recording the ending there um I was messing up quite a bit and almost died my crossbow is kind of noodling a bit hard but I set a PB for a normal raid in a 260 invocation which is crazy because you know that shares the same PB timer as any other normal raid like even like a 150 maybe we get rewarded for it though nope just the white chest Yes Yes Man I did another expert and it's a new PB for expert I don't know what my previous was but that's pretty solid sub 40 minutes oh I did die one time to Baba really dumb death I just um didn't make it to the boulder in time oh experts pay off dude experts pay off holy crap of purple yes honestly anything but a ring because like if I get a dupe thing that's still worth a lot of money if I get a Duke Missouri mask that's kind of cool too because you can I think as far as I know you can store two sets of a story story in your poh you can store the regular version and the Fortified version Missouri top or bottom would be really nice here ah it's a ring no it's about time I got a dupe I guess that is my um fourth purple my first dupe all right there we go first completion of the day went back to a level 260 cause I uh kind of planked on a level 300 earlier unfortunately um very last room akka I just forgot that it was level two and it did five memory specials instead of four and I tanked a bunch had to leave the raid all right this is technically the back to back from that last purple though so didn't get a unique but uh toad flaxseeds cool well I got an elite clue from raids 3 that I turned in uh for a master hopefully something good here left eye patch okay I'll take it it's Unique it's probably one of the lamest ones ever honestly hey there's a four-man raid level 200 haven't done too many group raids but figured I'd switch it up would probably be fun oh I left my super combat no oh well okay no purple though maybe that final uh gem that I've been looking for nope eight Bernard seeds though that is a great drop honestly [Music] hey group raids are pretty fun actually there's a Duo 250. hopefully one of us gets a purple that'd be pretty cool nope no purple rip ooh Dragon Dart tips it's been so long since I've seen those man that's awesome hey there we go new PB I guess that's for a five man 31-34 pretty damn quick we did have one guy with a shadow of tumiken so that does tend to speed things up quite a bit oh my God back-to-back Dragon Dart tips no way dude that's huge nice I just realized we had a Time invocation we just missed an expert Road raid KC by 26 seconds oh my God that's so sad we died a lot I guess but um I look back at the chat box and it does count as an expert mode completion for high score purposes but in terms of loot it just acted as if it was level 280 instead of a level 300. that already pre-colleted is that good my god yes that sounds like a unique oh my God that's the best items rewarded for trolling 86 KC white chest Elite Bernards okay pretty good hey it wasn't lowest damage let's go I didn't milk it uh stamp go ahead money wait now that you have you got one last night no not as not a you got a purple last night that's illegal uh that would have been okay cash runes that's amazing [Music] all right oh I I've never died to mine the gap before until now I got comboed out by mind the gap and Jungle Japes I meant to dodge it and I didn't wow I guess it was the first for everything so one noticeable disadvantage of this prayer pod and yellow partisan method is that near the end of a room I tend to get greedy sometimes because like since it cost 50 prayer points it would really suck to have to like use like three doses of prayer poached at the very end of the room so yeah sometimes I just risk it and die in Dumb ways like this that's the easiest tile puzzle I've ever seen man I'm usually so bad at that one oh my God there we go finished it off with the Fang because I didn't want to hit Ruby's at the very end because that's cringe but that is apparently an expert mode PB and I even took a bathroom break right before warden so it should have been a minute faster but that is also my 100th total raid so no matter what we're gonna get a new collection log item because the cape that you get for completing 100 raids is a collection lock slot but maybe we'll also get a purple I don't know if I mentioned it by the way but this is an expert mode raid too I haven't been doing too many lately oh my God whoa no no no it actually was a purple what purple and 100 total Raids 12 of which are expert modes and another bunch of which are um I did do a lot of like 250 pluses but this seems really common though oh God I'm gonna I'm not gonna look at it I'm gonna cover my screen and just see if there's a collection log pop up or something I'm still covering my screen right now wait I don't think it pops up the collection log unless you click on it so that doesn't work okay let's look at it oh oh my God it's a Fang okay that's good money at least good Bond money so we have a dupe ring and a dupe thing now those are the most common Rewards I believe it's this chest right here outside the raid I can search I should be able to get the cape Now Yep there it is mysterious shroud from the chest it's slytherin's shroud at tier one and of course this is storable on the cape rack like pretty much all capes are honestly this is a really cool uh okay probably one of the best rate capes wow today did you see that lag all right there we go not the smoothest rate ever but finally I've completed the back to back expert mode since that last purple I did die at Baba in a dumb way yeah I just kind of got stacked by autos and got hit by a boulder all right any back to backs though don't really expect it with one death yeah no back to back okay cash runes and torstal seeds kind of messed up a little bit the end there but there is a new PB 3549 wow that's a really good solo 300 there but the question is do I get a purple no no purple wow that's a terrible loot oh my god dude no that's that's bad hey you did a trio and got a sub 30 PB so that's pretty good that was pretty fun right that was like so quick oh man never lucky I'm kind of curious with the accolades here are because I don't have a staff these guys kind of out geared me a bit I did decent damage considering I don't have a tumik and staff thank you oh my god dude oh my God I was completely out of everything that was so tough I'm trying a 320 right now um hopefully I can still make time I think I'm going a little slow here it's 40 minute time to make it a 320. last room is a box two doses of prayer pot here we go [Music] oh my God that was so close at the end holy crap that was so tough I did it I did a level 320. I made time it's my hotness the highest rate I've ever done I had one dose of Ambrosia left that feels good though a 320. damn these rewards though that's uh that's kind of bad man not gonna lie oh my God oh my God it's two HP foreign dude dude I thought it was lined up with the Rocks I pushed the boulder forward and didn't attack it holy [Music] man the regular loose just been kind of crap lately I don't know what it is man that's hilarious I used my last smelling salt right before dying oh my God no I attempted this kill again with like it was literally like three Ambrosia doses no salts and a few restores and I used all the Ambrosia just to P1 I am so sad dude that is my 25th expert mode KC halfway to being on the high scores for expert mode do we get a purple this is kind of a slow raid I um I failed the two down I keep failing it because the damn server lag today man crazy it's a Saturday and it's just awful lag right now man that's uh I guess toe flax is good wow I actually just didn't get hit by a single white orb on an expert mode come on no no it's a white chest maybe Dragon Dart tips though Kasha runes torstos God I hate torsoles but okay I'll take some soul runes all right big group raid I'm doing a free-for-all oh it's white no and you think wow the Triple C drop let's go that's so good so I've been starting to get pretty good at uh Final Phase award and Insanity I kind of have to since I'm on the last row a lot of the time and one thing that helped me is when you're moving you want to try to click on one of the lightning tiles uh right as it's like about to explode because by the time you actually walk to it it will have already exploded and you won't actually take the damage foreign wow that was the smoothest final Warden I think I've ever done I don't know if I made a mistake like I don't think I missed a prayer or got hit by lightning at all like I didn't Brew or Ambrosia during the entire fight also I think this would have been a PB if I had won down the mining puzzle but I kind of messed that up at uh akka white chest though damn wow solid right there so yeah apparently I can start unloading my four claw specs when warden's around 200 hp I've been waiting a little bit too late because I wasn't really sure how much damage claws do but I kind of forgot that I am salted like 125 attack and strength quite a bit of DPS they easily do about like 50 50 damage per spec when you're salted no white chest now the expert modes are starting to be a little dry here GG I did not see where it went oh I'm burning oh I'm dying oh my God what the stop doing that well I have 118 HP so if he told me [Laughter] hey my hey screw minus 250k bro screw that see ya oh no that does count as a death oh man at the very end too maybe we still get a purple though nah no purple oh 12 Bernards that's huge I'll take that I'll take that any day dude there is no way there is no way I just died to that at 7 HP holy oh my God it just went from bad to worse wow that was that was pretty stressful I had to finish at the end there with no adrenaline well we still finish at least that's why you run softcore and uh not rewarded though unfortunately [Music] oh it has three death four-man expert oh my God another thread hey Bernard seeds that's super good that's so good look at me blow piping August Shadows while dodging the memory special like an absolute gamer oh man I started messing up a little bit at the end there but yeah there's 40 raids there's 40 expert raids and wow that that's really cool that white crystal lighting up like that maybe we'll see an HD purple here that would be pretty sick nah that would just be uh that'd be too good if that happened right hey cash runes though can never be mad at those of course all right blood runes yep love to see blood runes well I'm about out of Rune darts so I'm gonna finally start using these Dragon darts but I can't actually make dragon darts yet you need a Fletching level of 95 but luckily I keep a dragon fruit tree planted at all times so I can just make these dragon fruit pies here and they'll give me an easy boost yeah it's a plus four boost I'll even put on preserve just in case and oh my God look at those XP drops man 250 per Fletch that is insane by the way in case you're curious um the Rune darts have 26 range strength and the dragon darts have 35 so that's plus nine and I'm hoping that these actually let me one shot the Baba Boulders I'm pretty sure they will so that's gonna be pretty hype so apparently the mask of rebirth that you can get from The Raid um it's kind of like a little Easter egg thing um was made storable in the poh recently so obviously I have to go get that so I'm just gonna send a quick level zero raid because you have to pick up a drop from each of the bosses so I would need four empty spots just for that alone and I think there's a few other steps too oh it does one shot them I know this is an entry mode but the bowlers have the same Health in any indication so that's good to know the dragon darts do One-Shot them well there's a new personal best set for entry mode since I haven't done entry mode in a very long time now technically there is a chance that I could get a purple it's just extremely rare but yeah I got all four of the items you need but I still need to turn those in for some kind of key to get through here well looks like I have obtained the ancient key so now I do need to do one more raid and get to the very end before I can get that mask well I actually upped the invocation to 50 so that way there's actually a decent chance of me getting a ring or a Fang which would be kind of funny um but I still got a PB on Entry mode but yeah anyway we can finally enter the door over here here we are when we open the strange chest it should get the mask oh yeah there it is the mask of rebirth first 300 of the day and it's a new PB I thought I was doing pretty well there 35 to 26 overall I've been really cool if it was a sub 35 of this gear it has been a little while since I've gotten to purple nope no purple today okay cash runes and some gems and Soul runes well now that my blowpipe can one shot the Baba Boulders with my dragon darts I think it's time to put on boulder dash it makes the boulder spawn faster but since I can one shot him it still should be pretty easy to uh fold or skip yeah and then currently sitting at a 320 right now I'm probably gonna send a lot of these um if I consistently can make time then I can up it to a 330 with walk for it but everything else is kind of like super annoying for the most part yeah I kind of really need some kind of upgrade before I can do much higher like without a staff or a Beaufort or a Tebow like Warden does get kind of sketchy sometimes all right here comes boulder dash let's see if I can deal with it well hopefully I probably still could have skipped there okay that wasn't too bad you know what I think I might keep sending these three twenties they're still pretty chill dude I don't know what it is maybe you get more caches of runes and higher invos but I swear I've been getting so many lately it's actually crazy oh my God was that three in a row what the hell that was three rubies in a row wow that was getting a little scary that there at the end I think I used every single ambrosia yep it's my first level 330 and I had the 40 minute time on and I made time it's been a little while since I've gotten a purple maybe this will be the thing that tips me to the maybe this is the thing that gets me a purple but no apparently not I think it's been about 33 experts since I've seen a purple well this seemed like a pretty funny and educational clip to include so if some of your teammates don't make it past the boulder skip Baba might agree them and Baba moves so quickly that it drags you past the boulders like it did to me here so be very careful of attacking Baba there oh and here's a fine example of why upset stomach is the worst implication in the game thank you there we go though there is 50 expert KC that will be enough to put me on the high scores no man no no purple Snapdragon seeds okay that's about as close as you can get to a purple 53 experts okay it has officially been like 41 experts since I've seen a purple I believe it was 12. now a few of them are group but most were solo oh my God it actually it's purple dude yes I actually broke the streak and it was on a solo I did so many groups yesterday holy crap oh my God I'm so glad that this was uh on my solo Oh my God well let's see what it is no no not the ring man damn it it's only worth eight and a half mil now too that's kind of sad all right well we broke the long dry streak with a ring three rings two fangs Missouri mask the fact that it's
