How Eternals Can Introduce X-Men and Inhumans | MCU Phase 4 Theory

[Music] her brain is going so with the announcement of Kevin Feige as CCO of Marvel Entertainment reports have surfaced about internal feelings towards a TV division of the MCU so for every daredevil or first-half of Luke Cage season 1 there was some Inhumans or the first half of agents of shield and in between those shows were a wide spectrum of quality but unfortunately or maybe fortunately for Marvel TV fans Kevin Feige was underwhelmed by allowed the adaptations for most characters and while he reportedly loved Netflix incarnations of matt murdock and frank castle he didn't really enjoy the TV versions of Bobby Reyes slash Ghost Rider or even anything about the Inhumans series but now it's all under one roof there's reason to believe that in humans and mutants aka the x-men in many respects will receive proper reboots around the same time so building on their foundations according to Kevin Feige himself as San Diego comic-con 2019 mutants are in fact coming to the MCU and a lot of people interpreted that statement as meaning characters like Scarlet Witch maybe you retcon to be mutants before we ever get like the x-men stuff like that just so I guess we'll officially reveal that kind of concept within the MCU to the general audience now for the Xtreme mutant stuff like that though most obviously then would be the Eternals movie since their origins with the Celestials overlap with the origins for the x-gene and according to the comics the Celestials created multiple branches of humanity alongside the Eternals and one of these were an expansion of human potential in the form of the X gene which later developed fully into the homeless superior race now with the Eternals movie the MCU can create a cannon foundation for why humanity is able to develop things like superhuman abilities or mutations and this can also help either directly or indirectly create a new foundation for the Inhumans within the MCU so like how mutants were created by the Celestials with the X chain in humans were byproducts of genetic manipulation from the Kree and these genetic experiments connected exchange possessing humans means humanity showed in the Eternals if shown in the Eternals in the past at least could be an ancestor for both mutants and Inhumans alike now to explain more so why the mutants may be appearing now versus in the past it all kind of goes back to the origins of the Celestials and the Kree genetically manipulating early humanity in their own ways but like I said before unfortunately that story on his own doesn't really help explain why in the present-day MCU mutants or Inhumans are now appearing so a popular theory resides for mutants that Scarlet Witch who initially appeared in Avengers age of Ultron now her cosmic energies are the cosmic energies from the Affinia stone the mine stone in particular activated both her and her brother's abilities in gardens of the galaxy also established that the Celestials used Infinity stones for multiple functions such as destroying planets but presumably they use multiple Infinity stones from multiple ends and with this established the Celestials may have used Infinity stones to augment humanity to create such beings like the Eternals which would explain their cosmic abilities and just how powerful they are compared to a normal human being and in this case possibly in Phineas tone energy could also be the thing to trigger an unlock for many X genes around the world and I guess around the cosmos just like it did for Scarlet Witch when she was exposed to the Loki's staff aka - stone energies now the perfect setup for this is actually right with the Avengers infinity war and Avengers and game movies as they really were kind of clear out there talking about how when the offending gauntlet was used it released a lot of energy across the universe but particularly focused on earth and we have three clear instances of Infinity Gauntlet energy bar infinity stone energy being released which was Thanos snapping his fingers in infinity war then Hulk snapping his fingers again an endgame and of course iron man snapping his fingers an endgame so with those three separate releases of infinity stone energy across the universe but concentrated on earth it does seem likely that something like that would a way in genes such as the X gene now what's really interesting with the whole in humans angle is that the Captain Marvel franchise can actually explore them because in Captain Marvel and coyotes and spider-man far from home it was explained and established that the Kree do have sleeper agents and top-secret activities on earth and this is one of the things that led Carol Danvers to believe they actually were able to enhance her from a normal human to a superhuman so a hidden back story of Inhumans wouldn't really be a shock and in fact it would actually be a really interesting exploration through the Captain Marvel franchise especially with the interest behind the scenes for comic-con aka Miss Marvel so having a Captain Marvel franchise explore the kree's involvement in creating Inhumans and just in humanity in general would for sure provide a tangible reason for comic-con to be one miss Marvel but also connected to Carol Danvers since otherwise it wouldn't really make sense considering Carol's not a public hero at this time in the MCU and as well the theme of genetic engineering and augmentation can be carried over across multiple Captain Marvel movies considering you have Carol Danvers herself with that whole concept right there then if you do Inhumans you have that as well plus with the super scroll which was rumored to be in the movie at one point or at least in kind of the back of the minds of producers for future sequels I mean all these different characters have conceptually the whole genetic engineering augmentation route you can explore story-wise which would make it really interesting and I just think as a whole it'd be really cool to explore in humanity in their origins with the Kree using Captain Marvel because that'd be a whole new route for the character and something that'd be very different from the failed TV show that we'd caught for the Inhumans so overall I think the reboot of the mutants and Inhumans that is expected to take place in the MCU could take the whole MCU franchise to new heights especially with Kevin Feige at the lead of it with this proven track record but also because it's worth noting Kevin Feige is a massive Inhumans fan and supposedly according to reports already has actors in mind for Black Bolt and Maximus which are Vin Diesel and Aaron taylor-johnson respectively so as mentioned before the cleanest way to introduce the concept of mutants and in humans genetic engineering within early humanity probably does reside in the Eternals movie by using these Celestials in some way shape or form but besides that really there's a lot of flexibility with it and this you know Kevin Feige really has a lot he could play with here but what do you think about the mutants and Inhumans showing the MCU leave your comments down below and let us know if you guys think down below we'll see you guys later [Music]
