foreign and welcome to my episode of Village Adventures another great episode with me I will show you more of Lifestyle here nice life me meeting meeting with my family eating tasty food everything that you like celebrating little news [Music] Greek salad a summer salad you know if your code with herring barbecue sorry about this yes drinking boiled berry dream this is like a lemonade beer cider number two guys wow you have so many gifts kids made their own uh I don't know how to say it in English their own kids house and you see they have a glory to cranes lava Ukraine so we have a birthday girl that likes all pin uh Violet I'm sorry she's left and another girl and they are two cousins I know you are very confused about my family tree but let me explain this Village I had my grandparents living and my aunt my aunt is a niece of my grandma so my grandma's sister's daughter and my aunt jewelry has three grandchildren they're all girls and one of them she has a birthday today um so yeah that that's it that's all family tree you basically need to know your my auntie's children my cousins uh third cousins they live in uh pultava region Village and pultava itself and this girl you see here on the left it's my sister Lana she lives in France she was studying in Poland and she lives in France now permanently and we see each other like once a year or once every two years depends and this girl with a green stripe t-shirt she wants to be a vet that's why she takes care of this pool now they got him a cage see a full home and they take care of of it they have a switch first aid stuff Village before the rain look at this guy this Berry I have no idea isn't it perfect time you are lying on the hammock be careful Lana and this is a nice wood swing and Lana is leaving her best life ah be careful she says that cherry tree is not stable sit down this is new guys kids in in Ukraine be like [Laughter] [Music] yummy raspberry wow let's find some yummy oh here yummy [Music] dogs interrupting a little bit sour but nice that's a berry that you might not even know what's that but it's common in Ukrainian villages so let's taste those good for Jam I don't know why but now the rains this week I came they were really really every single day today is 33 degrees Celsius and it's there it's extremely hot but still rain it's very beautiful [Music] [Music] dishes foreign [Applause] [Music] [Music] yes my grandpa was born in 1941 when the World War II started for us for Soviet Union and yeah you can calculate how old he is now depends on when you're watching this video but yeah he's a pretty wise and fun old man especially when he drinks you obviously he likes uh to drink some beer and vodka nevertheless they both have been working very hard and I know that my grandma was working in the factory with a lot of chemicals that doesn't make a good Advantage a good thing for your health but she did that to receive a higher pension but when the Soviet Union collapsed obviously she didn't have because of it a higher pension and it didn't influence at all most of people have lost their savings from my dad's side I know they had lots of savings and they lost them all most ridiculous thing I don't know why I certainly talk about Soviet women but I think this is interesting information to know even if you had some Savings in Soviet Union basically you you could not invest to them as long as your job you are some high top something in Communist Party engineer whatsoever then you can maybe buy a flat and stay in line in a few years and then get it you know you you couldn't invest into stock market I mean what's that ridiculous Western thing that obviously no one knew if you could buy um flat or a car you know right now the Soviet car doesn't cost much so does the Soviet Department depends on the city I think it will cost from thirty thousand dollars to seventy thousand dollars depends on the size and repairing obviously and the place okay Grandpa how do you think where was life better in Soviet Union or independent Ukraine some people want to know actually foreign so the prices in holes Soviet Union it was a very huge country you know whenever you go Ukraine or I don't know Uzbekistan whatever the prices were the same for very long time that's why people still remember the prices that's that's funny because I don't remember the prices that were five years ago but they still remember all the prices after 20 years so I found the book looks like this it's a Stevenson um Black Arrow you can see the price through rubles 90. sense and the average salary for you to understand is it expensive or not was around 100 120 rubles and this book was printed in 1983. I would not say my grandpa is a big lover Soviet Union I never heard of him that he is waiting for Soviet Union to be refined he just said it because his yacht was there but nevertheless I remember his stories about hungry childhood since he was born during the World War II and he was a kid when the war has ended so he knows about how the country was rebuilding after it there was a big Hunker after the war foreign foreign there was no such thing you know as you just relax or you don't have a job so that's why I'm really you know not sorry but I can feel the pain they had and try to help them as much as they can so about the roof I offered to actually to hire some people who would do this but my granny is like no you'll register so much money on us you you cannot spend more you have to buy a house get married and get children and you know it's not like I I spent um 100 000 so obviously like I don't know I got something like 450 or 100 and that's it and that's obviously a lot of money for her because it's basically her pension so my biggest dream for them to make a huge repairing you know on the outside it looks okay yeah it has two different bricks color bricks but they have some very big problems not even with the design we will not even talk talk about this that they didn't do repairing for the past 20 30 years main problems are to redo the roof because of this main house where they live when it's a rain they just put buckets um over there because it's dropping and also the water they do not have some independent system here so they are connected to Central water and to Neighbors when neighbors are watering their plants or using for whatever reasons uh we don't have a water to make a very nice deep hole to get the water it's not cheap it's like three four thousand dollars now my granny will scold me that I'm showing such mess but nevertheless this is how we clean the dishes so we clean it in such whatever bold fade and then put it in the bucket and then we just throw it away the water so we don't use the sink because this have a special hole a down uh the house where all the dirty water is going because now the higher a person who comes and suck this water out of the hole and yeah that costs money and stuff like this and the toilet you know it doesn't work so we just take this magic tool and pour water to the toilet because this doesn't work so I bought them the toilet itself and my grandma didn't let to install it he was afraid I don't know for whatever reasons it will not fit obviously no one knew this bath so we just try to wash ourselves again in such a wonderful big Bowl whatever it's called and nobody uses shower because that's yeah it's not convenient and the next biggest problem is heating this is not enough honestly saying you see this and this so in the kitchen they have the oven you put wood there and it hits the house up in this hole there is no batteries at all like you come from the winter from outside and it's very cold and this room um also doesn't have enough heating to these batteries they are honestly not enough and this room doesn't even have a normal floor it's I don't know Clay why am I telling you all of this so you know where your perfect amazing donations are coming to where your money are going to thank you for my best Patriots in the world these are the best people thank you for all your donations hugs and kisses love you guys thanks for watching I hope you enjoyed this episode of my Village Adventures make sure to follow me subscribe like comment you know what to do and as usually see in my next episode bye bye [Music] thank you [Music]
