I was listening to the Barnhardt podcast and she made a really good point in that the best and most stable form of government is a constitutional, elected monarchy. Something along the lines of the Papacy, Republic of Venice, and the Holy Roman Empire.
I think that Integralist Monarchy is the best kind of monarchy
