Both the west and east forks of the San Jacinto River have crested while that is some positive news, there is still significant flooding happening now at at least four Harris County, at least four Harris County here. The Harris County judge says it's now been cut off. No one can get in or out. And here's the scene at the West Lake Houston Parkway Bridge between Kingwood and Atascosa. Officials have shut this roadway down the water making it impassable neighborhoods near the bridge are also seeing high water. Wow, powerful images there.
