hello I'm Justin scarred and tonight I'm about to be Justin scared because we're back at Universal Studios Hollywood the most terrifying transformation that happens out here all year because as the Sun sets tonight Universal Studios will once again transform itself for Halloween Oh horror night this scared the heck out of me last year I thought I might never come back again but there were too many new mazes to say no so we've come back for another night of adventure another night of excitement another night of horror opening night in fact of Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood style prepare yourself for gore for flashing lights for loud scary noises this is about to get spooky all right in we go not even dark yet and it's already starting to look scary here we go [Applause] alright it may still be September but that doesn't matter at Universal Studios Hollywood here it already feels like Halloween okay Holly lives for this stuff me I'm very easily frightened I've got the feeling this is gonna be a long night scary there's a bunch of brand-new stuff this year including a stranger things made a universal monsters is going to be freaking awesome especially once it gets dark down here oh yeah that is much better I and now we're talking that is a hundred percent better right there that's what we were missing before a little bit of darkness all right I'm excited about every maze up here in Universal this year but I got to admit a stranger things maze this year is high up on my to-do list and now that our spooky friends are here we are ready to check it out all right time to head down to the lower lock are you stoked this is like your Olympics traffic was really scary getting up here that was I always enjoy myself when I come to the Halloween events I'm a huge stranger things fan I'm very excited about this I'm already sniffing a ton of stuff just to go straight to sin because if it's anything like the mazes last year it's gonna be awesome finally the lower Lodge I can see the stranger things logo up on the Transformers building dude for once because of stranger things I'm almost excited as you are for this stuff it's gonna be a good time are you ready I'm ready retweet minute ready oh my no just bleeding I'm ready and let's crank things up check this out the stranger actually this is gonna be awesome alright here we go Oh and the target oh my god house [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] we're going in the dark now yes you're very oh my gosh Nancy [Music] nothing to do Franklin's reaching out to you Oh it's so scary this is known whoa [Applause] I fell down oh my god oh my gosh I have never been inside of anything that has put me inside the movies and or TV and or Netflix show so totally and completely what do you think palak so gonna Tyler you okay yeah I'm good for once I was the one phone on the floor scare do you actually I feel great that that didn't happen right hey you're growing up and I'm growing down all right now since we're down in the lower lot anyway and since its Pollux overhears favorite thing ever we have got to go check out the trick or treat me little Sam always reminds me of you there's a lot of stuff down here on the backlot this year by the Trick or Treat has gotta be first just kind of breathe after that last thing I think I'm ready this check out the out Alex and Ali they're ready they're ready to jump India they are ready to party little Sam where'd he go [Music] there's my actually Oh Oh that was intense like some of the scenes in the houses in there like my brain could not figure out like am i indoors and the outdoors like they do a good job with that stuff all right there's a lot more stuff back on the backlot so let's keep going oh no I forgot heading into the back lot means heading through a toxic China oh man this is always the bridge between the regular lower line and the rest of the background it's Stroh B and it's full [Applause] [Music] firefighter running with an axe you should know better than that that's not safe that's one thing I always forget from year to year with all the haunts is out loud some of the area music is the nice thing about walking through the universal back lot right here is you kind of get a little bit of a break from it in this area especially if you're me and you're honestly kind of frightened of doing this stuff it's nice to get a little bit of break for the old ticker you know what I mean and of course to get to the mazes back here we've got to go through upstairs oh here we go looks like this one is themed around the holidays holidays at the in-laws [Music] valentine's day action he just wants love like everybody out Oh some of these people are partying a little too [Music] check it out for the joy Uncle Sam and he wants looks like Halloween territory over here [Music] Halloween [Music] hang out a Christmas nothing will be scary at all Oh amazing check it out out on the backlot they've got more scary games which they got some five nights at Freddy's prizes couple of plush deadly weapons over here but I put myself and any further danger of cardiac arrest I think I need a bottle of water they actually have a bunch of really good smelling food back here including some stranger things inspired waffle treats dude look at the SHA of that desert right there waffles and cream and chocolate chips and jelly beans and Rhys take it take it you have celiac disease that's the scariest thing in the whole place all right those guys are munching on some very sugary very cool snacks and I'm just tripping out walking around back here because I mean this is it this is the Universal Studios movies and TV shows commercials a million people around the world why that's the thing a really sets universal apart from other haunts not only are you walking around on what is actually a working movie studios property but they use all their Hollywood tricks tips and techniques to suck you into the movies don't get me wrong other haunts with their own original storylines stuff like that are very cool to go to also if you want to feel like you're inside the scary movies Universal is the place to be case in point our next maze it's been a long time since I've seen the movie poltergeist it me a good refresh your dude just look at the outside of this one stop poltergeist house completely just like the real house where they filmed the movie only a little bit smaller it's like a Tommy sighs all right gang here we go into the house away get away [Music] what the heck Oh No [Music] [Music] [Music] what's not expecting the giant skeleton it was spitting on me your thing with stranger things and you're like I can go home now okay listen last year that shiny maize was at the stranger things maize was amazing no pun intended but dude I am gonna 100% say that the maze for poltergeist is way scarier than the movie you think so one days scarier than the movie for real you get a chance to come out here this year head to the poltergeist maze I was definitely not expecting that to be one of my favorites but in here alright check this out over here they've got the first purge I'm not a huge fan of the purge movies I don't really know that much about them but I am excited to walk behind Tyler and see him jump a thousand times try food here we go so let's see if Tyler gets a fright in a shall we should be pretty entertaining startled Soompi this year did you know you come to these things too many times you become seasoned nothing the skin you bet on idea yeah well you've seen you you're pretty pretty free you're free you're free you're free you're free creepy man alright there's one more maze down here we're gonna hop through real quick the blood my house man and once again this mage is a double feature [Music] healthy [Music] Ninja Turtle the knight County was a great year and I couldn't see that's what you know it's scary you lose all your senses I'm surprised at how scary and wealthy most mazes actually where they were really good all right I think we've pretty much did everything down on the lower line we just take a quick walk back up there is a toxic tunnel again it's my favorite that's always fun and back into the park up the escalator and the escalator and the other escalator back across the upper lock down some more escalator all the way down to what's normally the studio tram tour but during a Halloween Horror Nights becomes the terror trap the studio tour trams will take all of us back to a different part of the Universal Studios chakra once again we will be experiencing some horror Oh perfect here walking by actual movie there are terrifying murdering clouds and dog headed machine Oh check it out we're heading to the dread time story section set it right along the gorges of the rooms of the fates Motel right the Bates Motel so murder II look at this piggies neat treats sweet meat treats uh oh hey we're not done with that clown and now we're headed up to what every year before this has been my favorite part getting to walk up the hill past the psycho house all right it's almost our turn for a fun Pig with Norman and looking he looks so excited to see us okay Oh I'm Justin these are my friends over here they wanted to stay in the hotel but I guess that's closed for the night so uh we were wondering if we could stay with you would be the best okay pose for the picture hi Norman nice to see you again the picture is real better the girls do not want me to show you since we're heading into scarecrows revenge let's go okay this sounds like it's gonna be nice and peaceful maybe fall fears maybe harvest we're on the set of the War of the Worlds back here now transformed into the war of the clouds don't look at him in the eye look at the crash beats as a plane at all these that was close almost well kissing he looked like he was lonely oh oh these clowns have some sort of grudge oh yeah this is so cool oh my god these clowns love making a the water now it's happening right there this is a bad place you guys a bad place lots of industrial music a giant plane in the yard property values are plummeting Oh [Applause] oh I don't think that guy makes balloon animals right there I don't think so all right so that was pretty fun now we just catch another Tramp back up the hill back into the theme park and we can see the other mates I was really curious about today's Universal Monsters maze - the reading experience rest of Halloween all right going on our number six the tiredness is hitting me a little bit of almost in a gang we've almost done everything here wait a minute I know what might wake me up I don't think she likes fire Ram ride with a little truth Susie there's nothing Universal Monsters made back up here where we entered earlier on and they've also got a Halloween mate like Michael Myers Halloween I am really excited for the universal monsters made so you know why I should probably save that one for laughs let's do the Halloween one first I'm gonna be honest with you guys I saw the trailer for the new Halloween movie today and it actually looks pretty darn scary so my guess probably pretty darn good let's find out shall we I'm pretty excited guys here we go again hopefully this one will perk us all up oh here we go here we go all right Avengers slug bug area it always impresses me are realistic all these Oh watch out [Music] guys it turns out that Michael Myers still really scary okay I'm awake now Oh [Music] take off your mouth [Music] [Music] hey watch out tdawg watch out that one that one I cannot read I cannot even breathe I have no voice from all the screaming children screaming children screaming Michael Myers any like alive right now the Universal Monsters made before I was hoping that one was scary now I'm hoping it'll be a little more soothing but somehow I doubt that is going to be the case speaking of the Universal Monsters maze this year in house music by slash like Guns & Roses slash I actually saw him earlier walking into this me I doubt he's still in there but it'd be pretty cool to bump into him all right check this out already from the outside that looks pretty awesome Universal Monsters to me but at all awesome Dracula [Music] not sure why everybody sent me in first but here we are [Music] [Music] [Applause] Oh [Applause] [Music] whoa [Music] [Music] the way oh my god [Applause] oh my gosh that was so awesome Dracula the Wolfman Invisible Man Phantom of the Opera raikage trying to monster and you acted to me scared zone that was so cool this whole event was awesome dude I had a lot of fun out here last year but this year with above and beyond five stars 10,000 points to happy faces 16 thumbs up reeled me it surprised me it scared me I know you guys this might be the first year I come back for a twofer and come back for a second time as now I just want to do it all again sadly though or maybe fortunately all good things must come to an end for gettable this year all right guys we had fun with our friends we check out all the scary mazes we've heard a lot of loud noises and music I had one a heck of an epic night and quite probably we've seen one too [Music] it's always impossible to see it all in one night but at least for this side I'm all out of screams I'm losing my voice so you know what gang lower lot so we're gonna have to go back there again to get back on the back lot see the other mages but look at this speaking of stranger thing they've got one of those old school test of strength carnival games over here you get some of the Elevens waffles check that out [Music] you have celiac disease that's the scariest thing in the whole place I know I know what my I know what might wake me up hey I know what lightning hey I know what might make me hey I know what whoa look at this guy's Adam - whoo costume I don't know the lines are pretty long here it's extremely convincing they've got the beard down I'm high I would say the lies are almost slightly horrifying Oh [Music]
