I'm looking for anything suspicious activity or anything that just stays out of place I'm on patrol just driving through the neighborhood and I love to go through the back alleys all the time because there's just so much stuff going on back there you never know what you're gonna come across and I run across this car park there that I've never seen before and I've been through this alley a million times and so I'm thinking that might be stolen because it's kind of just hidden back here and then I notice off in the corner that there's an individual sitting on like a loading dock this your car do you know whose it is oh so he works over here on this side what you doing over here oh okay as I'm talking to this guy I'm kind of just scanning the area around him and then I noticed that there's a little small blue baggie down at his feet you got anything on you I'm gonna patch it down for my safety okay go ahead and stand up for me Turner nothing's gonna poke or stick me there you just kind of stay out here you don't have a place set your little blue baggie down there okay do me a favor it's good over this way this isn't George I finally pick up the baggie and there's remnants of marijuana follow me I want to go ahead and take him to my car get his identification and run this guy to make sure that his story checks out you're not in any trouble okay I'm just gonna write a name and I also want to see what this car is stolen I run the plate and everything's fine it doesn't come back stolen I ran his record came back with no warrants he was clean I just I don't like a pendant on a beach to have my own key is that I have no money right now coming in if I take my paper right there up the file right here you got arrested one yes ma'am go to the workforce at night in the morning okay that's good man that's a start you know you gotta start somewhere he said that he's trying to get back on his feet and every day he's been going to like a Workforce Center so what do they help you out with that this Workforce Solutions what they do they give you computer access just a computer [Music] that's what I'd be doing you know I'll just sit here all day be at work for a beer let's go talk to you keep it up alright forget there I really hope that this guy makes it I hope that his application gets turned in and he's accepted somewhere and then he gets off the streets I think he's just fell on some hard times and he's trying to get back on his feet trying to make it down here it's really hard I mean it's just so easy to fall into that criminal trap where you're like you know you fall on hard times and it's just like man how are you ever gonna get back on your feet you know and and I think so many people just fall into like selling crack because it's easy and it's good to see somebody that's trying I respect people for that that's just great to see that [Music]
