Most of these do fall under rude and inappropriate, but what the fuck was that first question? The kid's voice sounded like he was still in high school and he never even managed to form a full or coherent question in his 32 seconds of talking. What the fuck was he trying to do?

The Quentin Tarantino interview really gets my goat. He goes on there and says "This is a commercial!", it's like yes, but it's also an interview on channel 4 news and if you just want to talk about puff then don't agree to go on channel 4 news. And then Tarantino complains he's meant to repeat what he's already said.... well no shit sherlock.

How can a movie director not understand that every interviewer wants the interesting quotes in their interview. This isn't some platonic exploration of knowledge, he wants you to say things so he can fill time in his news show so that people tune in and then he can tell them about things he actually gives a shit about. Krishnan Guru-Murphy is a serious journalist interested in serious topics and he has to do this lightweight bullshit so that channel 4 can pay the bills, so it's pretty ridiculous for Tarantino to agree to the interview and then arsey when he gets asked real questions.

I don't mind ~~Martin Bashir's~~ Krishnan Guru-Murthy's interviewing. I'm not saying I agree with "violent films cause violence"; I don't.

He's from a news show, and he's right that he shouldn't just come in and do a commercial. It's an interview. He's allowed to ask what he wants. That's how interviews work.

I'm really surprised that the one clip of an interviewer asking a Sexworker if she was abused as a child and if that affected her decision to enter the industry did not make it into this video.

Far and away that is the most inappropriate question, and it's so unbearably uncomfortable to watch.

While the interview as a whole was a dumpster fire, I don't really think that calling Morgan Freeman by his last name was that big of a deal. It might be odd in conversation, but print journalists refer to people by their surname; that's pretty standard practice. So let's say you get someone who just graduated from a college journalism course or came from print media, it might be understandable how they'd think it was fine to do that in an interview.
