Hoarder House Before and After - Anson Property Group LLC

I'm gonna run you through and there we go hey guys its Anson we're gonna do some video commentary this was the kitchen when you walked in it was obviously and a pretty terrible shape there was two giant holes in the ceiling as you can see here from a water incident about 20 years ago the homeowner had said so they had left that there for that long this was the living room there were ten cats who previously lived here at the shooting of this video we had caught seven of them so as you can see they did a terrible number on the floor there's that kind of line of dirt along the walls another shot of the kitchen there we're gonna go into pretty much one of the worst rooms in the house this one I could I couldn't even stand in the doorway it was my eyes were watering and my throat stung it was pretty bad this one still had a bunch of stuff in it bear in mind this had been about two solid days of clean out eight hours a day with three guys there was about nine dumpsters used to trash this out so here's the bathroom it was in pretty terrible shape as you can see we actually got the homeowner a new toilet as we waited to close because the other one was just not right so here's the basement you walk down there's our guys doing some work in the back here this is the bathroom where it hadn't worked in a long time and so unfortunately all the buckets that you see here were being used by the homeowner as a toilet basically and so this area the house was really particularly bad there was just cobwebs and flies and we actually found one cat carcass down here in the basement so those buckets that you see right there that's what I was talking about and here's a some mold going behind the door here we don't get too much mold in Colorado but this place definitely had some lots of trash as you can see and so this is about the only picture that I had during and as you can see we tore out the entire ceiling drywall and insulation and here's the after we had to make a few budget choices on paint and tile stuff like that since we did do a lot of duct work we tore out all the duct work in this house the floors that you saw previously we're actually salvageable we refinished them and unfortunately this wasn't you know ready to go on market it was about a week out these guys just weren't doing some cleanup but here's that terrible room you can see the difference walking back to what would be the master bedroom and now this bathroom that was black and had a hole in the ceiling and everything like that is now completely clean and ready to go next obviously we did new windows here going down to the basement the basement was pretty much the worst place that you would ever want to be before and after it it was cozy and nice and believe it or not when you rip out all the drywall in the ceiling rip out all the ductwork and you paint every surface we use kills on pretty much every surface the house actually was it smelled fine which is shocking I never thought that we would get the smell of 40 years of being a hoarder out of this house and yet we did so thanks for watching thanks for taking the time thanks for following this project and of course thanks for always supporting thanks so much
