foreign and today I'm just north of Camden Ohio I'm on Seven Mile Road at the Seven Mile Road historic Bridge there's the car Bridge right there it's over 100 years old we'll have a closer look at that in a minute and here's the railroad bridge Norfolk Southern Newcastle sub goes right over top of Seven Mile Road right here look at this it's on an s-curve and very narrow [Music] there's the old bridge over there they don't make them like that anymore and we do have a train coming right now so we'll have a closer look at these Bridges after the train goes by let's start the video sign here we go all right here we go this is the 50r eastbound and they're going to be making a stop at crescentville here they come [Applause] out to get us or you need to order a cab or something all right thank you foreign all right there you go that breeze feels pretty good it's 92 degrees the train was booking now I know why they're in a hurry because they're about to run out of time I think they're gonna be making crew change I heard another one on the radio too that's doing a crew change all right so let's have a closer look here I mentioned about these Bridges look at this is that cool or what look at that bridge that is a nice looking Bridge very historic and it's got the date over here they did some work on a few years back let's see what that says if it shows up um 1906 that's when this was built it says Richie Isaac Ulrich Flora built by Indiana Bridge Company from Muncie Indiana on this side this is when it was rehabbed 2014. Preble County Engineers did it rehab by U.S bridge see they've got pavement over top of the wood last time I was here I saw a big snake down there yeah this is nice out here I'm parked way down that way worked up a sweat walking over here [Applause] oh there you go hopefully we'll catch another train okay I'm at the other side of the bridge now and the railroad track is across there you can see it on the other side really is pretty out here nice looking cornfields already got tassels on it corn on my farm is just now starting to get tasseled hopefully we'll catch another train it is hot out the humidity is what gets you here though I've been here for over two hours since that last train went through and there's just nothing going on so I'm gonna have to go ahead and leave the good thing is I get to drive alongside this track a long ways on my way home and it's over 100 miles to my house from here so I'm gonna start heading back hopefully I can catch another train on the way back let's see oh wow wow Kansas City Southern and get a good shot of it let's see what we got here there it is you can see southern let's go back and wait for a train oh yeah there you go Kansas City Southern sweet I gotta go back and get that one at the trestles hey check this out folks I'm in Camden Ohio and I got some rail here it's dated 18.99 and still in use I'm gonna show it up close it's this track right here in front of me at the maintenance equipment's on look at this all right it says Illinois Steel company it's hard to read right down there you can see it Illinois Steel company South works 18.99 see right there 18.99 and you've got eight that would be August rolled in August of 1899 still in use see how shiny it is there you go have you ever seen rail that old now they use it just as a siding right now it's got maintenance away equipment on it but nonetheless is still in use Camden Ohio all right folks I gotta go back to where I've been sitting for the last couple hours because that train with the Kansas City Southern they're waiting for a eastbound train to come through and they are westbound that's the same train with that Kansas City Southern that Scott 1960 Gambit filmed somewhere around 11 A.M today over in Crescent Springs Kentucky he sent me a text saying he saw it sitting on the hill over there that's the same one and I don't want to miss it so I'm coming back to where I've been sitting for the last couple hours even though it's 92 degrees I'm gonna catch it right here right at this bridge here this is a really cool spot it's narrow through here too wow not much clearance okay these are the sharp S curves look at there there's the old bridge too this curve is really tight coming around here all right let's see what happens so I came back to Seven Mile Road just a few miles north of Camden and the train's coming I'm hearing it on my scanner it's hot muggy they're talking radio [Music] not sure what that's about somebody stopped on the main Preble they don't know if they're going to make it to somewhere but anyways trains we come across this bridge it's all be an excellent shot they're eastbound so here we go okay here comes a train after an additional 30 minutes of waiting wow I'm gonna get home in the dark tonight [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] There She Goes went that away okay so there's supposed to be another train train coming that's got the Kansas City Southern it's the second engine with a Norfolk Southern leading there's my truck over here not sure where I want to film this one it's gonna be coming in the opposite direction because it's waiting for this train to pass maybe I go up this way somewhere there's the bridge [Applause] that is cool cool Bridge can hear that engine okay I'll see if we can get another train over here if so it'll definitely be worth the wait I sure waited a long time between these trains 92 degrees out all right that was ns-189 and I heard him call it the signal Preble and then I heard the air horn for the other one getting ready to come across that road the one that stopped over there the westbound train will be coming through here in just a few minutes that's the one I really want to catch the Kansas City Southern Locomotive that's gonna be really cool wait we have more there's another train they're waiting on I didn't know they had two of them in the road there waiting on I think it said train 23 at least what they said so it's another eastbounder right here the front end of train coming over my scanner so they'll probably be booking through here that's what we got sweet okay number 123. I'm wide loads all right that was worth it they gave me a Horn Saloon that was awesome wow [Music] [Music] good Ness foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] wow was that awesome or what oh man I got lucky on that one that was train number 123. I've caught that one before it's got the high and wide loads I got that one uh train number 123 is the one that's got the high and wide loads on the front they put the caterpillars up there and if they have transforms they got those up here too I was at High Bridge Kentucky with 1960 Gambit and we got train number 123 coming across High Bridge and it had about five or six of the caterpillars on the front and then it had uh four or five Transformers right behind the caterpillars that was a really good catch and that was the same train so the other train I'm waiting I was gonna be coming here in a few minutes they got a pass it's a single track here so a few miles weather gonna pass I'm just wondering what that is does anybody know what that is it's right next to where the railroad goes over the road I have no idea what's in there and there's electric meter right there on the left the trains will be coming from that direction that was a good catch train number 123. and I'm here in the other train blowing the horn for a Crossing up there a couple miles away ah but wait there's more of course what this is we got another train coming finally have this train coming this is going to be a good one too this one's got the Kansas City Southern second unit back here they come they're pulling up the hill this is gonna be a good one that's the one I waited for [Music] [Music] foreign There She Goes top yard what is that for can someone tell me [Music] his income get us right yeah well you see the rail pretty good all righty there you go I wasn't planning on spending the whole day sitting down here but I really wanted to get that Kansas City Southern engine and I finally got it that was a good one yes sir thanks for watching everyone if you have time watch another one of my videos could everyone helps my channel I gotta go get something to eat see if I can find a fast food place on the way home it's a long drive from here gonna be getting home in the dark and I just got a new mower about a week ago and I need to mow my grass so maybe tomorrow if I don't go anywhere if I stay home I can get that done okay thanks for watching everyone well if you want to know what the hardest part about filming trains is here it is right here I'm sitting on Interstate 75 um between Cincinnati and Dayton been here for a half an hour because of a car wreck and when I came back from Pennsylvania a few weeks back same thing middle of night I had to sit I was on I-71 then I don't know how long we're gonna be sitting here this is the hardest part about filming the trains right here just getting to the place or getting home look how big that Loki's getting close to the size of Chessie he's going to be a lot bigger when he gets full grown thank you getting ready for a big storm [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] all right foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause]
