that's healthy his shape he loved you yes just the way you are exactly and he'll help you reach whatever goal you want and he's committed to that he said he that he would do it yeah I wish you should fifty pounds if you lose 50 pounds in six months I'll make a deal with you starting today if you lose 50 pounds in six months and you can come back and show me okay I'm gonna give you on a free vacation how about that imma give you a free vacation I'm gonna send you somewhere give me and Marjorie didn't being okay alright I'm already telling you we bball alright we're gonna do that out six five six months fifty pounds okay alright k then after that we'll see we do I know I'm gonna have you talk to a producer and everything we're gonna work it out thank you so you just lose 50 in six-month boom and there was sent another goal so it the year you be ready alright alright let's go [Applause]

It's true what he says about the "walk back to the light moment" - you have to have that point where you're like "oh, I've gained too much, time to start failing back on the second servings and the fatty foods, and adding in an extra walk after dinner or 20 minutes on the treadmill a few times a week." If you do that, you won't ever get terribly big, because you'll always keep yourself in check. And won't have to struggle later on with losing dozens or hundreds of pounds.

Steve is wrong. She is eating what he eats and that's the problem. He's a 6"+ bodybuilder. She's a short, sedentary woman. They don't need the same portions. She's probably eating twice her TDEE in healthy foods.

Don't eat like a 6' bodybuilder unless you are one. It's hard and 'unfair' but different people have different calorie requirements; eating like someone else could easily lead to weight gain. I am very active and can eat 2700 calories a day and not gain weight; my mum and my sister would be huge if they did that. I would also gain weight on that if I was sedentary. You need to take responsibility for your weight and eat as much as you need, not necessarily as much as you want.
