Hermitcraft 10 : Episode 8 - AN EXPERIMENT

well I definitely got the dirtiest of hermit permits here I am getting myself all muddy I have got so much mud it's actually ridiculous so I don't yet have to make myself a machine for the mud but for now I am practically out of inventory space and it's getting a bit stinky and damp down here I want a change of scenery hello Perry as it going all right well I suppose we should empty these into our chests and then hand them back to a school and uh that reminds me I have to give the elytra back too there we go everything returned so we have all of the normal mud and I do have a little bit of wheat I actually went and raided Cleo's Farm over there I'm pretty sure she got hay bells as her permit but I did AFK and wait for it to grow back but I don't want to sit there and do it manually anymore so I've collected some seeds and I do have some dirt and stuff and I did actually breed some some more Geyers hello loves how are you all may have gone a little bit OT with them but they are going to be my worker men today I've actually done some research onto wheat Farms I don't know how to make a wheat farm okay so I had to YouTube it and I found two designs so I thought today we could actually build both of those and then let them run for a bit and then next episode see how they've done and then the winner I can build just more of them what do we think I think that's a good ide idea rather than committing to one from the start I can see who will work more efficiently and in what farm so I thought for testing we shall actually just put it out here I will actually move it once we've decided who the winner is I'm thinking I'm going to make my tower the industrial area of my base sounds like a plan doesn't [Music] it [Music] we have three villagers in one and then one in this one here so I'm thinking the one with three is going to do better than the one with one but I could be wrong cuz they are completely different designs and I don't know how it all works now that these are both built I'm going to leave them to run and then next episode we're going to choose which one we want to build multiple of I have an ink clean of which one I think it's going to be but let me that you can spawn in with an ender pearl at will don't know about that that might make it a little bit rarer indeed but I think it's just percentage the lowest less rare H I'm just going to buy percentage I think it's only 1.6% or something like this right end ofite got clue isn't it the same on all for all heads I you know what I actually have no idea I thought that that was no difference I I'd like one to be selfish for the rest I say we just we just try and split it three ways in whichever way possible I'm there's three smithing uh templates three smithing templates take one of those each how many elytra are there wow there so much elytra it's called you can have the extra elytra for making the boom box the bus boxes or we hang it up on the on the on here and it can be uh you know the ministry has provided one oh yeah we could have a Ministry one that's that's a really cool idea yeah let's do that here you go you can have all these end rods you load of chest plates I mean maybe useful for future mini games oh yeah yes this is a great example of very fair sharing between friends it is yes hope everybody's taking note so we got a lot of stuff from our end bust I am very very very happy with all of this and mostly excited about this now I know that you can duplicate it using diamonds and I'm pretty sure the other thing was purple also have I shown you my kind of doorbell i h to I couldn't resist getting into Susan's skull with a snort yes look you can that gives you two so we have to do that first God they're going to be expensive though aren't they like I obviously want to be able to keep one so I can duplicate it again and now I have my elyra which isn't on me like a noob here it is oh and some Rockets I technically only need to use two of these so I need a special kind of block for this which I'm not finding let's going to have a look at his schools our second home he'll just ignore me oh he fell anyway he's oblivious let's just pretend he's not here I Ed so in my inventory you may have seen that I have some brown concrete and some mud bricks I bought these off of a Wandering Trader the other day and I need to actually go over to our mud shop and use them for some decoration oh it feels good knowing that I earned These Wings I feel like a proper Pro now all right where should we place these I was just thinking dotted around oh yes look at that there we go looking super fancy should we see if we've made any more cells um no we haven't well that sucks do it I'm going to leave the diamonds here still though and then hopefully some someone will come over and want to buy something thinking that maybe we should light up our little shop a little bit I'm sure lighting will get put in properly at some point I just don't want people to die when they come out of my shop you know if they go into my shop it is super cute though and hopefully it attracts people soon I need to get some money back after making my armor super fancy I feel all sophisticated right now with me top hat on and all so I have had a quick nosy and this gee are is composting things so I am going to do a little stress adjustment not that one because these ones can't actually reach a composter which means they don't actually compost anything so I oh I was hoping I won't do that I am going to do the same here and hope that it works the same I don't know if it's going to but it's an adjustment I'm willing to make just fix that up there you go I'm sorry I mucked it up so um I'm just going to remove all of this and hopefully that makes this more efficient I'm also going to remove the other ones as well but I'm not going to show you how much it is cuz we are doing an experiment today and I don't want to ruin the outcome I do now need to breed up my Villages a little bit more because I'm still going to be needing quite a few of these we're going to need some more Farmers oh look they love each other already and we're also going to need some Masons because if you remember we have the blue terracotta which obviously I'm not going to farm I already have deep slate and mud for farming the mud for now though I'll probably make a machine so of course I'm going to want to rely on some Geyers to do some trading to get some blue terracotta so I'm probably going to have to go through a few geers and then um do something with the rest of them I just need the blue and of course I need the glazed variation as as well so that is going to be some grindy work oh also we have a new addition to the cat family but I was wondering um if they um could be and should be breed together just cuz you know I'm not actually a crazy cat lady but I have no doggies so um cats will do for now and they do keep my base beautifully safe from stupid creepers hello I am trying oh look I didn't realize they swam like like that I am trying to farm stupid salmon all who should we breed I don't know what color they'll come out uh let's breed the new one with the old one
