Helldivers 2 How to Fix Failed to Join Game Lobby Error - Matchmaking Helldivers 2 Tips

so hell divers 2 has had problems on both PC and PlayStation 5 since it released when it comes to matchmaking in this video I'm going to give you guys a couple of tips to avoid getting the fail to join game Lobby like error popup but I will say the devs do need to put a lot more work into fixing the matchmaking because this isn't a guarantee that you're going to have a stable connection throughout your entire Mission when you get past the fail to join game Lobby and there are more problems that can happen if there's timeouts and stuff so basically what you want to do if you're getting it say in the fails to join game Lobby if that's popping up then what you want to do is just keep spamming quick play it's gone from taking up to like 2 and a half minutes to find a match it's now finding matches instantly or at least it is for me and on my third attempt I managed to avoid the fail to join game Lobby error popup and I got into a match if that is not working what you can do another like workaround is to turn off your crossplay and restart your game doing those should get you eventually past the fail to join game Lobby error but then there are more problem s when you get into the game and at the moment I don't know how to fix this I'm hoping the devs are hard at work on fixing this because this is an even bigger problem but when I got into the match it was finding the ship and everything like that jumping into the pods to get deployed into the mission there was a full team of four of us and this isn't guaranteed to happen every time so there is a chance you'll get past the fail to join game Lobby by spamming quick play and also turning off crossplay but when I was in the match with four of us as soon as we landed two people timed out straight away and then I don't know happened to the third player but they left the game as well so it was just me and the mission on my own I used my stratagy I put down an SOS Beacon absolutely no one joined and I was in that match for nearly 20 minutes and while that happened I was in on my own I went to try and do the objectives and everything and nothing was working in that match so it busted that mission as well there was no charger which was the main objective to take down two charges there were none that were showing up the pods that we spoke about recently to cover super credits and getting them in game they were actually giving nothing and also when it came to a secondary objective to put ammo in the artillery Cannon I wasn't able to interact with the terminal and then going back to the extraction you're not allowed to enable the extraction unless you have completed the main objective so I was basically stranded in that mission with no way of completing it so I just had to return to my ship so matchmaking actually broke the mission for me but I was able to get past it so if you're able to get past the fail to join game Lobby by spamming quick play and turning off crossplay if you and the other players actually get to stay in the mission together then you are able to play co-op however as I said there are a lot more problems that the devs need to work on and hopefully it's fixed soon but that's going to do it for this video that was how to fix the fail to join game Lobby error that pops up in Hell divers 2 let me know your thoughts and stuff about these problems in the comments I'll see you guys on the next one I hope you enjoyed it I hope it helped you out thank you for watching
