by unfair Michaels and I'm here today with Harrison from Harrison's brunch no less but at their boom who's gonna be my sous chef and kicking off Harrison's brunch 20:19 and this is all about getting together with friends and family it's a good bead take time out get the kids involved make a brunch and this all helps raise money to fight Duchenne muscular dystrophy so get involved and today we're going to start cooking [Music] so today for Harrison's brunch we're gonna make these really gorgeous and simple courgette feta and spinach fritters and these are the basic like Greek pancakes basically and they're really easy to make you can make the mixture in advance and they're perfect at any time of day so if you're Harrison's brunch Athens be Harrison's breakfast or Harrison's supper you have 5 movies at any time first we can do is create the mixture which is just a load of war ingredients bung in a bowl so firstly Harrison courgette let's start grating that if you may young man and you've got some spinach here as well I've got some feta so we're just gonna crumble a small pinch feta in a bowl you don't have to be too precise about it don't get precious just enjoy it and to this we're gonna have some lovely deal as well and that feel was really fresh and vibrant it's really going to bring it alive ok let's have a look how much we got there now we're double up on that way to do some of you good ok Sarah's gonna carry on with that we're gonna add a pinch of flour now the little pinch of yogurt as well which is just gonna help hold things together with the flour make sure your tablespoon no more than that so how long have you been cooking for I don't tell me 20 years please don't be cold enough few few years yeah so for him says you favorite things yeah and you cook them at home I can't really cook them up right now because they're ready have the right stuff to be able to do it in terms of what I can't really do the cooking stuff I can't get to the stones is too high I think the Churchill's go up by just but I can't go under it so it's yeah there's nowhere I can cut stuff so I write okay so so it must know every time it happens it's gone I always yeah and then we're gonna put serve this with some poached eggs sorry I couldn't brunch place you can have anything you touch as long as you got poached eggs on top that feels right did you like eggs yeah how'd you like your eggs what's your favorite scrambled poached fried I'd say maybe price follows true therefore we're gonna let this cook for Network yeah but if anyone does want a pop yeah actually the heat ya know so I reckon now these are turned up I think we should get these you want Pope's not stumbled yeah it's boiled not and loyal I will post quite alright let's get these on here ah looks pretty good yeah it looks really good oh I like that done we're gonna pop them there right so now we'll do some poached eggs soon want it poached eggs let's let me grab that pan over there okay so we're gonna poach the eggs as well like what are you young man young man you need a big big much bigger around a sultan man right just throw it literally just throw it okay here we go and now we've got some eggs got these humbly free-range eggs and before that sort of secret of poaching is we don't want the water bubbling and simmering so it just breaks it all up yeah so what we're gonna do is we're gonna break open our egg lose a bit of the white just gonna make it the food with Nita when we cook it pop that in there yeah how hungry feed him one able to basically one ask a rubub okay let's get this egg out I'm just gonna dab that on a pretty kitchen towel and get rid of some of the excess water there we go I think two eggs my better known okay so last bit on this we've got some chili flakes like pop I'm not too hot okay do you know what let's do a little bit on here just to taste that's enough and then we've got a little bit of cumin as well we're gonna use this is just to give it a nice that will like earthiness to it actually you go put your hands out for me flat hand like that this on there right just literally scatter that over above perfect and I think the last bit we made is probably a touch of salt as well should do a bit more that salt in there they just sprinkle some on top yeah brilliant she's done this before I thought we're done put it there love a fist pop why should we taste while I'm starving go for it you first blow it make sure it's not so hot I paid him to say that I plan is like that right let's go as well I'm not paying you any more if you go on
